Pumping + Clamping

I do a light pumping session (20 min) and then a light clamping session (10 min) later in the day, and 50-100 dry jelqs when I have time.

clamping after pump session

On serious pump days I use two different sized tubes pumping at or around 10 inhg with a lot of wet jelqs in between sets. I also use a vibrator; heating pad and porno to keep stimulation going by milking the vibrating tubes to prevent fluid build up. These sessions usually run about two hours: an hour in each tube or until I see a doughnut starting to form. Then I clamp off a Uli and hit the hot-tub while clamped off. After 10 minutes clamped in the hot water I’ll pop the clamp, squeeze out all the stale blood then clamp off another Uli in the hot tub. Once the second erection is sufficiently clamped off I then swim laps in the pool to cool down while clamped. It is exactly what I do on hanging days only I substitute the clamps and pump with hanger and pe weights. The clamping at the end of the pump sessions like cooling down with weights after a hang session seems to prevent the lymphatic fluid from collecting in one spot and rather spreads it out more evenly along the shaft. I’m getting great girth and flaccid gains from this.

Yes Im thinking about adding a pump to my clamps too has anyone seen gains with this.

I pump and clamp as a part of my routine but I separate them into two sessions in the day. I do 2-3 10 minute pumping sets at about 5-6 HG in the afternoon, and then I do 3 clamping sets under IR light at night. I wet jelq and do Horse squeezes before and in between the pumping sets, and I dry jelq and do Horses for the clamping sets. I’ll usually gauge when I need a rest day and take one, but so far it’s seemed that I need to go 5 on and 1 to 2 off. I’ve been seeing gains from this, and I’m a VERY hard girth gainer.
