Might Trade Clamping for Pumping!
I have been doing 2 sets of 10 minutes pumping at less than 5 HG and then 5 minutes of jelqing after each set. I cut this down from 3-4 sets of 10 minutes because I was losing erection strength.
I just tried 2 sets of 10 minutes of clamping with one cable clamp at my base edging the whole time and my pump was tremendous!
Maybe I’ll switch to clamping for a few weeks! :)
