Pumping, Jelqing, & Hanging

Good Morning Guys!

I started PEing about 1 and 1/2 months ago, mostly wet jelqing, it’s been going really well. About a 2 weeks ago I started doing some manual stretching, AI stretches, before jelqing. Started about 1 and 1/2 weeks ago pumping after stretches. Pump for 10 minutes @ 5hg, then jelging for @10minutes, then pumping again for 10 minutes, finishing up jelqing for @ 5 mins. First week I did this routine 2 days on, 1 day off this week have done 3 days in a row and not as sore. My question is I would like to also incorporate hanging in this routine, but don’t want to overdue it to a negative affect. Anyone else doing a wide variety of PEing exercises all at the same time, what is your routine, and do you feel it is effective. Thanks for the input.
