Pumping Question...again.

Pumping Question...again.

Since Christmas, I’ve been able to go 20 minutes clamping. I usually did 3 sets hold the clamp for five minutes. Now I can go for 4 sets of 5 minutes equaling out to 20 minutes. My question to you guys is; is it understandable to up the time during sets? Or would you keep the same amount of time and just up the number of sets? If this makes sense. Haha.

Number of sets is the best way. Keep the tissue healthy with blood flow, yet strained from the pressure. Watch your EQ.
