Question about flaccid stretch

My bpel: 183 mm (7.2”)
& bpfsl: 198 mm (7.8”)

So, to hit my goal of 220 mm (8.66”) BPEL, will my bpfsl need to be at 238 mm (9.37”)? In other words, does the bpel:bpfsl ratio remain constant?

For most people it changes…and it could possibly even reverse itself (EL longer than FS)
