Big Al is a Moderator here, this is Thunders site, BA is an admin on peforums if you want info on his program you should go to his programs website and email him I’m sure he would respond. I’m not sure how often he checks in here. Since he sells a program I don’t think he is going to tell his favorite exercises it would make more sense to put them in his program don’t you think.
