I just saw the ads tutorial…..very good.

I’m looking to improve girth at the base so i’m going to go for it but the way you do it looks like you wouldn’t want to be undoing it and redoing it a lot.

Yes, it’s pretty good on bloodflow however, you still need to monitor it especially with regard to fluid build up.

How long do you keep this set up on at a time?
Start for a short time - 1 hour, and build up from there. I”ve worn it for 8 hours at a time but it gets pretty challenging toward the end!

Is it possible to urinate while stiil wearing the thing?
Yes, but you’ll need to release the traction first and shake well! Best to do this in a cubicle.

ha ha - yeah - i always go in a cubicle these days as i tend to do a few sets of ai stretches every time i piss.
