YOU have had some amazing gains, could you let me know what techiniques and routines and devices you are using?

I’ve gained .5” and lost .25” in nearly 4 years, not really amazing. I’m not PE’ing at the moment, just a little pumping (10mins) and wrapping for discolouration.
