After my jelqing session and I am all lubed up should you rest before you have sex or let it become flacid first and start over? I have done both, but want to do what is best for the most gain.

The growth comes from the restoration of the cells during the days off. I have tried different schedules and nothing seems to change. The growth has come and it hasn’t mattered whether I had sex 4 hours later or 5 minutes later. I will say one thing though. Jelqing has allowed me to last as long as I want without orgasming. I can go 20 to 30 minutes during intercourse and the change is fantastic. The more you jelq, the more you learn all of the control mechanisms and they begin to come 2nd nature. Really a big difference.
