Right now I’m just doing the newbie routine cause I’m new but this past week I have just extended the lenght of time I do each exercise. I’m not trying to get huge or anything, just trying to grow a little bit. How many people here have just gotten gains from manual stretches and jelqing and how much have you gained? What are the chances of injury from just these two things? I’ve looked at threads about thrombosed veins but some things aren’t clear yet… do they hurt all the time (as in without erection), what they look like, and do they go away over time? Seen that most thrombosed veins come from clamping, or that’s what I’ve noticed, but how much risk of thrombosed veins is there from jelqing with a regular OK grip?

Since there’s noone here replied to your post yet, lets me try.

Jelqing and Manual stretching work! Most of us gain from that newbie routine when we first started. For how much we got gained, it depends, if only we’re fast gainer types and we’ve been doing the right thing.

When you jelq, focus on how much pressure you put on and how long each stroke takes (not too fast and not too slow) Average dick size should take at least 3 seconds from the base of the penis up to the glans.

Manual stretching, do it in all directions as you can, DLD Blasters is a good method to try.

Injury? Don’t worry, there isn’t much :D But it could be “Bruises, red dots, numbness, temporarily loss morning wood, discoloration, soreness while peeing and some thrombosed veins maybe”.

Just do it in a proper way as you have been doing. Start and end your PEing session with warming and penis massage in warm water, that would help a lot to reduce the chance of getting bruises and red dot.
