Questions about my routine
Right now I’m just doing the newbie routine cause I’m new but this past week I have just extended the lenght of time I do each exercise. I’m not trying to get huge or anything, just trying to grow a little bit. How many people here have just gotten gains from manual stretches and jelqing and how much have you gained? What are the chances of injury from just these two things? I’ve looked at threads about thrombosed veins but some things aren’t clear yet… do they hurt all the time (as in without erection), what they look like, and do they go away over time? Seen that most thrombosed veins come from clamping, or that’s what I’ve noticed, but how much risk of thrombosed veins is there from jelqing with a regular OK grip?
