Is that a problem somehow? The point is to get the stretch to your shaft without hurting your balls. If you’re doing that, you’re doing OK.

I only saw two questions total, and the other question was how long to Fowfer.

The description of the Fowfer routine says "enjoy a hands free stretch for a long as you wish(personnally have not gone over 90 minutes in one sitting)". I would not go 90 minutes uninterrupted, personally. I would go 10 or 15 minutes, then shake or massage or twirl it to get some fresh blood in there before deciding whether to go for another 10 or 15 minutes set. If I was just starting out, I probably would start out with one five minute routine, period, until you see how it goes and how your body reacts. And, as always, watch your PIs (Physiologic Indicators (PIs) to help growth!). I hope that this helps.
