Thinking ahead to what I’ll tweak when I hit my next plateau, I’ve gotten curious if any members have used or are using Bundled Stretches and if so, what gains are attributable to them and what are your lessons learned?

There doesn’t seem to be a dearth of info on them (like TP has for say jelqing, hanging, pumping, etc.) but from what I’ve found, they seem to be a manual exercise that effectively targets girth for some (at least mid-shaft which is where I need the help) - and can be dangerous if overdone.

I was doing them for a couple of months and noticed a jump in my E.Q. That has lasted.

I wasn’t doing them long enough per session I think and so didn’t see anything but slight girth increase (maybe due to better E.Q.) And I’m currently on a break.

My conclusion is that it’s probably an exercise best included alongside other exercises to get a longer workout, though after my break I’m going to do bundled stretches of longer per session for a month or so as a test.


Began December 2009 at 5 7/8" length and 5" girth.

As of December 5th 2012 7 3/8" BPEL and 6 1/8" base girth.

Going for the magic 8"x6"

To me bundled stretches seems a little risky exercise and i dont see the point of doing them. Thats because fulcrum stretches after heat its the best length exercise you can do.

I dont like to bundle my penis when i know that veins and nerves lives there.

Been doing them for about 2 months now. 1 minute held stretch in each direction and again but 2 minutes each direction for the second set and always right after a hot shower to warm up the tissue. It has definitely increased the upper shaft girth, I am no longer a tree trunk, and I have gained some length but not much. It has almost entirely been mid shaft to tip girth.

Remember, if it hurts while you are doing the stretch STOP.

Thanks guys! The tweak I’m gonna add will be something like the very light exercises a couple of you describe - just a one 360 minute stretch in one direction followed by another in the other direction - maybe not even a minute.

Earlier this week when I played with these, I established a 360-degree, fully flaccid turn and gently started stretching my unit. Oh so gradually, perhaps as the pressure pushed blood out of my dick, it began to extend more & more until I reached a (fully extended) stopping point at which point it looked like I’d been horribly mangled in a traffic accident.

Anyway, didn’t think anything of it (nor that I really shouldn’t be messing with a routine that’s currently productive) until a few hours later when I began to feel a gentle ache mid-shaft. Hauled me up short and made me shelve it for down the road, but wow, what a blast it hits your tissues with.

In fact, combined with my regular manual stretches, it hit me so hard that I couldn’t have prolonged sex last nite and could complete the deed this morning only after several tries where I had to really concentrate to get ol’ faithful to erupt. I’ll take that outcome any day Mrs. QL is ready & willing but it let me know I really needed to back off of these until I need to tweak the routine in a few weeks or months (and then NOT have sex on a day when I’ve tortured my system like this).

Once I do employ them, assuming I see some girth gains (which have currently dropped to zero) I’ll post the success here. Any additional comments or suggestions from those with experience with bundled stretches absolutely welcomed.

Any update on this QL?

I’m still early in the newbie program but I’ve been gathering some girth exercises for when the time comes where I feel I’m conditioned enough/plateaued from the newbie routine.

Have the bundled stretches worked for you? Are they worth adding into a routine with other manual stretches/jelqs/plumped bends?

Goal: 8.5” BPEL / 8” NBPEL / 5.5” HEG / 6” MEG / 6.25” BEG

I also did them in the past. They do feel really good but I didn’t see any noticeable changes in length after incorporating them while I was experimenting with them (+2 months). They might be really good for girth atleast from the feeling and pump I would get after doing them. Just my 2 cents, hope it helps.
