Risks behind PE

Risks behind PE

Hi Gents,

It’s been some time since my last post, but I’m happy to be here again, and share my thoughts with you.

Straight to the subject: we all know the principle behind penis enlargement, and the fact that broken cells will regenerate, just like muscles. There are theories that say that the corpus cavernosum is not a tissue, and cell division cannot be considered. But there are results that will prove them wrong.
Anyhow, since I don’t have much time for jelqing and pumping, I decided to buy an extender (phallosan forte) but I have heard of risks involved. Of course that the manufacturer has marketing campaigns that will say it’s 100% safe.
I have just discussed with a physician (urologist) who was saying that there are no studies related to long term side effects of using extenders, and that, even if elongation could be possible, those devices could bring permanent damage to the penis tissue by creating fibrosis, and possibly permanent loss of erection.

Did you experience or heard about any of these side effects?

7.1 x 5.1 and growing! Final goal: seeking celebrity:) ) 8x6

If you don’t have the time or desire to do PE in the correct manner why do it at all? Just strapping on an extender won’t do all that much.PE is a commitment and injuries happen to those who don’t treat it as such.

You could potentially get results if done correctly, you could also end up not being able to maintain an erection. There are quite a few variables at play.

The science bois have lately come to the conclusion that muscle growth is a result of mechanical tension and metabolic stress, and muscle damage has little to do with it. We’re not trying to damage anything, just trying to convince it to grow.

Some of the bits in the penis grow, and some bits just deform. All that matters is it ends up getting bigger lol.

I haven’t heard of any of the thunder’s place veterans having issues with fibrosis. It probably isn’t an issue.

Extender’s aren’t the best thing because you can’t use heat with them, but they’re probably better than nothing imo.

Then again, I'm a virgin so anything I say might be completely incorrect.

Sure you can. Just wrap a heat pad around the extender, preferably an FIR pad. Try not to reduce the tension on the extender with pad placement.

Initial: 7” BPEL; 6” NBPEL; 5.25” - 5.5” MEG

Current: 7-7/8” BPEL; 7-3/8” NBPEL; 8.5” BPFSL; 6.5” MEG; 6”x5” Flaccid.

Goal: Improved/consistent EQ while managing ED. Secondary: maintain current stats.

Well, I didn’t see any gains from my past inconsistent trainings. Some people are not that driven, or just don’t have the time for it, but will need some results.

We are all different, and acceptance should play a major role in our nowadays society.

But that’s another story. Could you please be more specific regarding the variables and possible risks?

As a general rule, if the risks are higher than the outcome, I shall give it a second thought..

On the other hand, spending $400 on this extender, without being able to use it.. Hmmm.. Frustration is building up :)

Gains are not guaranteed and and mostly dependent on the dedication of the user not the device.

Read as much as you can on the forum before doing anything. Extenders are well discussed here. Just try the search function.

More directly, there is limited risk when used properly. Be conservative with your routine at first so you can learn your limits.

READ EVERYTHING YOU CAN ON THE FORUM! I’m sure most of your questions have been asked and answered many times.

And good luck!

A life lesson; ask lots of questions before spending money.

But if you don’t have much time an extender is the worst path possible in PE.
After how many hours exending guys see results?
Seems a bit unrealistic.
How many time per day do you have to log to make a difference extending.
Of course heat is useable to make sessions shorter, but it won’t be less that tens of hours hours per week.
Read and good luck.

Because you know why? I will tell you.
People these days want just rewards and no work.

OP claims to not be driven or have no time, but still “needs” results. Acceptance is demanded either way. Weak weak society nowadays.
If you’re not grinding you clearly don’t need results, or you will find a way.
