This morning I did the 5 tibetan rite’s. Great exercise. Really a nice training for a good body basis. In addition to this training you can add other exercises.
I think that especially the breathing during the movements will add to your erections. For the spinning I don’t know. If that is the exercise that opens the chakra near to the sexual area, I guess so. But I am not interested in chakra’s, I think that if these exercise’s should open them they will and there is no need to have that on my mind conciously.
I have not chosen this exercise for dick improvement, but general health and getting this kind of calmness and it works.
