Rockhard erections and morning woods are back

This morning I did the 5 tibetan rite’s. Great exercise. Really a nice training for a good body basis. In addition to this training you can add other exercises.

I think that especially the breathing during the movements will add to your erections. For the spinning I don’t know. If that is the exercise that opens the chakra near to the sexual area, I guess so. But I am not interested in chakra’s, I think that if these exercise’s should open them they will and there is no need to have that on my mind conciously.

I have not chosen this exercise for dick improvement, but general health and getting this kind of calmness and it works.

I started taking the muira puama ginsing and gingko and added fish oil with amega3 and can I tell you my libido is off the charts and talk about morning wood two days ago it was so hard it kinda hurt, but in a good way. I have cut the muira puama back to every other day because I think every day is to much, but so far it works really good. My orgasms are even more intense.

I do have one question if I take it every other day will I get immuned to it so it will eventually not work? if anyone has an answer I would appreciate it.

Does coffee have a negative effect on erections? I recently started drinking alot of coffee at work and my erections are slim to none…:(
I feel really bad about loss of erections when having sex. I am gonna order some Kamagra this week, but that ain’t a long time solution.

I will also check pharmacies for muira puama ginseng and ginko, and hope it effects me as well as it did to Big Hunter.

Visse: It only took a couple of days for me to notice. I have cut back on the caffeine and I think that has helped also.

Where did you buy the Muira Puama? If online, can you provide the site?

I’m also interested in knowing if you can become desensitized to it fromt taking it for long periods of time.

I just ordered Ginko, ginseng and rooseroot. I eat fish 2-3 days a week so I assume I get enough omega3. Added some Kamagra to my shopping cart too, so this weekend will be fun :)

Another natural libido enhancer is goji berries. Do some research on them. You will find that they are the number one used ingredient in Tradional Chinese Medicine. A few years ago I ordered some Penis Pills. I only took them for a couple of weeks so I wasn’t able to find out if they worked or not. The reason I had to stop taking them was because they would make me flush and hot a few minutes after I took them. I now realize that it was the high dose of Niacin in the pill that was causing this. I really did not like the effect that the Niacin was giving me so I stopped taking them.

Over the past couple of months, I’ve been taking some Panax Ginseng and Gingko Biloba. I have noticed better bloodflow to my penis, as evidenced during my erections, as well as my increase in flaccid size.

Recently, I just ordered some Muira Puama. When is it best to take this supplement - first thing in the morning on an empty stomach, or before bed?

In the morning I take L-arginine, ginseng, ginkgo and muira puama. After that I eat a small hand of goji berries. Then I take a smoothie followed by muesli. Between 1600 and 1700 hours I have my next intake of ginseng, gingko and muira puama. If I take them in the beginning of the evening or later I have trouble with falling asleep. It could work out different on your body, but I recommend to monitor closely how it affects your energy level. You will survive a night of less sleep, but you want to prevent that of course.

I have added taking l-arginine 1000mg four times a day and ginkgo, ginseng twice a day and muira puama three times a day. i cant take the pm sups to late or i have a hard time sleeping, but can I tell you my erections are rock hard and my loads are really big, friday nights sex was so good I shot a load that seemed like it would never end.

I was just wondering if any one can answer. how long can you take the sups before you need to give yourself a break, and when to start back up?

4000 mg, that’s a lot. Must give a great shot! Maybe you will have the same load when using less and save some money. I use 1400 mg a day and am shooting great also. Good for you, this works for you. Thats the first step. Now you can check if it’s possible to fine tune your dosage.

Co sign the lesser dosage. I was up around 4-8g per day. Now I have found that 2g every other day not only has the same effect, but it may work slightly better.

I've been told there a new 'confidence' in my step!!!!

I have not experienced any effects from L-arginine. Perhaps I have to increase the dosages even more.

QUESTION:

Does anyone know if the increased morning wood experienced by some guys using the supplements in this thread are the result of a better functioning penis - more bloodflow, etc - or is it a hormonal change? Possibly both?
