So I’m basically looking for some help. I found the penisprofessor before I found this site and used their routine for about 3 weeks straight.
Week one started as:
Warm up 5m
I started the workout by being soft and working my way up to fully erect by watching porn while I did the excercises. Afterwards I would masterbate fully.
I took no breaks in between days.
The workouts caused a tingling pain but I thought that was good.
Week two essentially the same workouts.
This time I was masterbating while working out and sometimes I would finish before I fully finished.
I probably should have stopped as the tingling pain stayed with me for a couple of hours after I finished.
Again no rest days.
Week three I saw flaccid and erect length gains but saw a decrease in girth. That was along with what I had expected because I wanted to work length, then girth. This however was too much.

I started taking L-arginine and damania leaves. Which helped a little.
Almost 2 weeks later and my girth has returned somewhat.
I still feel however that my length might have been increase but my girth was permanently lost. I’ve never seen my dick look so thin. Yes it looks long. And even flaccid it stays at a longer length. But flaccid and erect it definitely looks thinner in my eyes.
I’m really scared that permanently hurt my dick and feel like a moron for only measuring EL and not EG from the start. I’m going back to old porns my ex and I made trying to compare and it does seem like I got thinner.
What can I do? How can I return to normal?

I am currently at around 6.5 EL and I’m between 5-5.5 EG
