Safety of "around the waist" ADS?

You are using the first vac-extender, right? What problems did you encounter? Scrotum burn from the base? I am using it for 12 hours these days and I have had problems with the scrotum burn. But If I have a busy day, and have to walk a lot and bend over a lot, I just find that it is too noticable and I don’t want to deal with it. So rather than just doing nothing, I started using the around the waist ADS, which I find much less noticable for more active days.

Your sock sounds like a good solution for walking a lot. I have definitely had times the base rubbed my scrotum pretty badly.

For measuring tension, I mainly go by feel, and position of the adjusting nuts on the threaded rod. I think I am set up to be a bit over BPEL, but the measurement is very inaccurate.

-You can’t see the end of your dick,

-you can’t put the ruler in the normal BP position because the base is in the way, and,

-You are pointing down in the extender, not straight out as in a BPEL measurement. If you point straight out to adjust the tension, and then point the extender down, tension decreases.

I understand, walking around with your penis in a extender out in public takes getting used to.

The sock usually eliminates the scrotum burn. I also put the other sock over the rods and the head piece to avoid the rods from scraping my thigh and the silicone to rub against the hair on my thigh. In addition I tie a string around my thigh and hook it over the locking pin so the entire extender sticks to my thigh and follows my movements. I find that this makes it more stealthy. Since I use it for 12 hours per day and since I use the large cap I try to make it as stealthy as I can.. :D

Your penis head will end at about where the vacuum hole is. I know since I tested it with a see-through home made vacuum ADS.

You can put the ruler right under the top of the base, no problem. I will try to get all of this in the video I will make for monkeybar so you all can see what I am talking about. It is kind of hard to explain in words.

Yes, the tension will be different from holding it SO and pointing it SD. I just use this method since gerrykjohnson and his friends reported good gains from such a protocol. Time will show if it is effective. I have logged a little over 120 hours in 12 workouts so far (lost some hours in the very beginning) and will measure on the 11Th since I am competing in Gimlis competition. What’s weird is after wearing an ADS for months with no breaks it actually feels weird to walk around without it. It’s like when you’re done running on a treadmill after a hard work out and it feels like you’re still running forwards when you’re walking around. It has that type of odd feeling. I wouldn’t recommend extending the penis over 12 hours a day though.

I use a grip exercise ring instead of any metallic one. I didn’t like the idea in the first place, the metal ring looks too thin to be secure for my penis. I have no problems with the rubber ring, I get harder erections since I’ve started using the ADS and I can wear it for 12 hours a day without any discomfort.
