Thunder's Place

The big penis and mens' sexual health source, increasing penis size around the world.

Secondary sexual charasteristics and penis size

When will there be peace between the tall people and the short people? It is already bigger than the East Coast/West Coast Rap rivalry now. Stop the senseless killings!

I know Lewd Ferrigno personally.

My guess is that a bigger production of testosterone during puberty means a bigger penis, cause of the receptors that are active in the dick during puberty.

I’m strong, tall, but passive as hell…unless I get upset ;p

On average men are taller than women do to later puberty and more growing years. Early male puberty yields a relatively shorter man, with the worst case being an early and short (no pun intended) puberty. So the early maturing aggressive middle school kid becomes the high school has-been. Thus a tall man may have less testosterone (or fewer receptors) than a short one, both during and after puberty. While the average male stops growing at 16, some keep growing unto their early twenties. BTW, as a tall guy w/ little body hair, I think we tend to be laid back because getting dates so much easier for us, much more important than penis size.

I don’t think you can make that kind of generalization. For example, my own puberty was early and short, and I’m not a short man. My first signs of puberty hit when I was 9, I had a full set of pubes and armpit hair by the end of the 5th grade, hit 6 feet tall when I was 11, had to start shaving in the 7th grade. By the end of the 9th grade I had achieved my full adult height of 6’ 3”, had a full beard, and body hair. I could go to the liquor store without getting carded. My brother was the same way, and so is my son.

I don’t know that any of this means anything, except that there are too many exceptions to these kinds of generalizations for them to become rules.

You know who else can go to the liquor store and not get carded? Bitches…

2010 - BPEL 8.0"x MSEG 5.75" (BEG 6.5"/HEG 5.875")

Goal - BPEL 9.0"x MSEG 6.5" (BEG 6.5"/HEG 6.75")

I have a friend who is 6 foot 1 inch tall, deep voice, very athletic and broad shouldered, shoe size 11, aggressive and has the hugest flaccid I’ve ever seen (I’m about the same size as him when erect though, after 9 months of PE). But he is 21 and he has almost no facial hair and relatively small hands with thin wrists. I think hair depends not just on the testosterone level but on how your skin reacts to it (and different areas of skin too, because this guy has quite hairy legs). I’m six foot three and well built, but my voice is not deep at all, not a lot of facial hair at 29, and pre-PE I was only a little above average.

Or it could have nothing to do with testosterone levels at all, and just be your respective genes.

"We have met the enemy, and he is us."

Bingo!

Yes I’d say it’s all in the genes. But we are flogging a dead horse here. Doctors and statisticians have searched high AND low (just to continue the tall and short theme) for many years looking for correlation between the size of genitalia and other body parts and have come to the conclusion that there just isn’t any.

Cheers, G Started at 6 x 4.5 - Jan 05 Current 7.1 x 5.1 Goal 8 x 6

But Churchy, w/ all respect, I think your family genetics do fall into my adult height generalization: while you were an early bloomer, you also had a very long puberty (defined as ending when the body stops growing). Mine was later but much shorter: started at 13 and reached adult height at 15. Wisdom teeth came in early at 15 too. But we had about the same number of growing years and ended-up the same place height wise. However, I have little body hair and couldn’t grow a thick bread until my late twenties (not that I really cared).

Anyway, my generalization is that since men (on average) are taller than women, because they mature later (on average) and thus have more growing years than women, it makes sense than that, in general, an early and short male puberty yields a shorter man body. Thus there are probably few, if any, correlations between adult height, testosterone/DHT levels, testosterone/DHT receptors, penis size, etc. And come-on, everybody remembers the Napoleonic, often sexually active, bully from middle school that became the largely ignored Napoleonic has-been in H.S.

Now, where I was expecting to get beaten-up was over my rationale for why we tall guys tend to be laid back.

Sorry, I’m too laid back to beat you up.

"We have met the enemy, and he is us."

I was about to beat on you. Have patience.

Now it would be no fun.

man8worm,

Since you are adamant about your theory I can’t resist. What do you make of this? (See my post #46 in that thread for the latest update. I’m waiting until 1000 votes are in before I update it again):

King_G,

Can you show me any charts on that? It would seem that there should be some numbers available with all that searching. All I’ve seen is a urologist that said there wasn’t much correlation, and then news broadcasts altered it and headlined that he said there was no correlation. The urologist offered up no charts, and the news network didn’t ask for any, of course. The one at Thunder’s says there is a correlation.

That is an interesting poll. It is now clear to me that the taller you are, the more likely you are to lie about your penis size!
