Shaving

1) From experience, can anyone tell me whether or not shaving pubic hair is agonizing as most make it out to be?
2) how should i go about doing it?
3) is it even worth the trouble to shave?

1. Yes, it is generally a pain in the ass for me.

2. Lots of heat and very carefully to shave, a good beard trimmer to trim.

3. No, it is not worth the trouble for me, therefore I tweeze. It is quite better, IMO.

i tried tweezing for an hour, and it seemed like id pulled out only a few hairs. should i keep on tweezing for a few more days?

I make it a daily routine, while I’m killing time. I drop my drawers and tweeze a few after a piss, etc. It is also cool to tweeze while warming up if you use an IR lamp. It may seem tedious, but in the long run it gets better.

I use hair clippers.

I used to shave and I hated it when the hair started growing back. (itchy) Mrs. P. hated it, too.(stubbly) I’ve been tweezing for several months and once you get it done, maintenance is a snap. I agree with Mr. Nine, do it a little at a time and it’s not bad. And it seems like it’s growing back more fine and thinner. Remember to tweeze WITH the direction of hair growth, not against. Now , back to the subject at hand -shaving . I used to shave everything but a small toonie (that’s a Canadian 2 dollar coin) sized patch of hair above my dick. Once you get used to it there’s no more rashes or itching .

I now wax . I use regular hot wax on my chest , abdomen , legs (in the pubic region) and perennia . I use hard (brazilian) hot wax for the base of my cock and ass . I tweeze my scrotum . Simple and easy . Waxing was pretty painful the first couple of times , but now it’s a snap , no recognizable pain at all and the hair grows back thinner and more sparse if at all . The result is perfectly smooth skin with no rash or itching .

I shave mine iwth hair clippers about weekly, no problems at all

I remember seeing something here or elsewhere suggesting that many women like it when a guy trims his pubic hair but not when he shaves it completely. They like their men to look like men, only like neat men.

This is what I prefer as well. I use one of those adjustable hair trimmers that you can buy for $15 or so. You can get them either battry powered or plug in, thought the plug in ones are more powerful. Buz, buz—two seconds and its done! No hassle, no pain. I trim to whatever length and shape I want. I also trim my chest hair. Women really like this!

However, I do shave the hair off my balls. I find this to be very easy and pain free. On occasion, I’ll get a little razor cut. But this is rare and extremely minor. I shave every two to four days or so, when I’m showering. I use soap. Make sure to use a good razor, but not one of those Mach 3 types! Nearly all women have commented on this, and they really like it when the boys are smooth!
