I know golf weights are used as an ADS, my question was probably unclear, let me rephrase…
Aren’t fulcrum stretches with golf weights exercise for length? I always thought of them as modified assisted V/A-stretches, and those are for length.
I asked aren’t those bad for dorsal nerve because when you do manual V-stretches, you can use spacing between thumb and index finger put together to avoid putting pressure on dorsal nerve. Also, when clamping you can put the hinge below the CS so that all the pressure goes on CCs and not dorsal nerve.
With fulcrum stretches dorsal nerve is pressed against the golf weight with all of its area, hence my question.
