Shock gained 0.3" length in one month

Posting this out of pure happiness ;)

There have been several discussions of how a change of routines can cause gains once you’ve reached a plateau and it is clear for me now. I have gained previously about 1” in length in my first year of PE which is quite good. But I’ve had a rest from length gain exercises in 6 months and only done clamping. Then I went back to do intensive manual length exercises again the last month and gained another 0.3”! That was almost shockingly fast, especially since I am not in the newbie period of PE. Only 0.2” to reach my length goal and another 0.5” in girth to reach my girth goal. I expect that to be much more difficult.

Good man I’m pleased for you, you might find also your penis has grw some through the clamping since you have gave it a rest and started length.

I have actually gained around .2 in length since starting clamping 3 months ago plus .2 in girth.

I assume the theory here is that tunica stretching in two "ways" will speed up progress?

steelfire, I notice that you had the biggest increases in length jelqing in four directions. I incorporated this into my routine a few weeks ago. It’d be interesting to see if I gained from it as well. Congrats. You have my target length and are proof I can get there.

Actually it is tunica stretching in 360 deg angles all up and down the shaft. Very powerful stuff.

Nice work there steelfire, I’d say you took the equivalent of a deconditioning break so when you came back found it easier to gain. You should have another 2 months left of growing in which I think you can make your length goal.

Thank you and yes, it is kind of a deconditioning break and they idea now is to do another two months clamping and then go for length one month again. But I got interested in the post of Monty and maybe I go for the final goal now that I am close.

Well I’d be worried about loosing the recent length gains in that time. But it’s worth a try, let us know how it goes on this same thread please ;)

I understood that, the “two ways” I mentioned was more along the lines of 1) stretching the tunica length-wise and 2) forcing tunica expansion via clamping or jelqing.

Wow if I measured a 0.3” increase in one month I think I would pass out from happiness, congrats! I myself just switched to a girth routine and was hoping at the end my length plateau would be broken for some magical reason you give me some hope.

That is one of the reasons I posted this. I know that many experienced members have run into plateaus and are giving up hope about breaking them. If I succeeded, there are many more who can. I do believe the trick was the long reconditioning for the Tunica length-wise stretching I got while clamping.
