First Real Month. This is what I've gained.
So I did a real Month’s worth of PE and so far so good… I think.
My starting measurements were
BPEL- 6.5
EL-6
FL-2.5
Now
BPEL-6.75
EL-6
FL-3.5
I’m still really skeptical about it because I’m thinking there should be a change in EL if there is a change in BPEL. Which is causing me to believe I might have measured wrong starting out. But I will see what happens in another month. I’m in it for the long haul so there is no Rush. I’m also applying to Ivy League schools for Grad programs and studying is something I do a lot of. Lets me get in many hours of ADS. Here is my routine.
Basic Newbie Routine
5 minute Warm Up
10 minutes of Stretch up and down
150 to 200 Wet Jelqs depending.
2 to 3 hours of X4 Extender
10 minute Warm Down if I remember to
I almost never Kegel which I should I know. My skin also seems to be stretching more and more. I feel like it is because of my Jelqing or may be the way I wear my ADS is the problem. Or may be there is no problem at all and this is what happens. I’m probably going to up the hours of ADS but keep the routine the same. It was very uncomfortable before to wear the X4 but now my penis is use to it. Any advise would be helpful thank you. My final goal is to be 8X6 and I know it will take a while but I’m in it for the long-haul and since I’m going to Grad school I will have plenty of time to clock in great hours for a Bigger more Magically Delicious penis (for women only).
