Should I add more?
I’m currently just over 4 month’s into my PE program. I think I have been pretty dedicated especially with the stretching as my main goal is length. My minumum per day workout looks like this.
Kegel 10-20 min throughout day usually in 5 min sets
Stretching downward total/ day 30-45 min
Laying BTC 10-20 min
Laying or standing straigt up Stretches 15-25 min
Jelqing usually 4-5 times a weeks 30-45 min/ day.
Now my gains have been okay going from 6.5 BPL-6.9 bpl and girlth has stayed around the same. I haven’t really gained in about 2 month’s though. Now I know this process takes time, but could I please have some suggestions on what could possibly be added to my routine that might benefit me.
