This is a good question.
And of course everything is relative.
And it depends on what you are wearing and who sees it and what their own growing-up constraints are, and all that stuff.
I would say that I don’t go out of my way to show off. At all. But nowadays my flaccid is pretty good-sized thanks to some advice from peforeal who, btw, does not flaunt his own. When my flaccid size FINALLY started to be more in line with my erect size, I used to dress it down.
Now I am thinking, what is the point of that? Women of many ages dress more like Britney Spears now than my mother and aunts did. They are showing much of their stuff and without hesitation. There seems to be a concomitant shift happening in what men here are wearing. Men are getting away from baggy, drug-seller clothes and into more tailored looks. If we in the Americas follow Southern European fashion trends, we men are all going to be wearing trimmer-cut slacks and pants soon. Maybe a wake-up call to us - So. Europeans are seldom over-weight, or by much.
Men in Southern Europe look good in their more tailored trousers and a heck of a lot of them show obvious bulges. So what is wrong with some bulge I am wondering? There cannot be any secret anymore that men have exterior genitalia, even among the very young and the very old, from whom - I guess - we have been hiding our stuff during these years?
