If I had to guess, I’d say there are different body “types” regarding PE similar to the body types in bodybuilding (-morphs). And one type just doesn’t react to the “regular” exercises, while the others do. Encouraging growth might take not just a different routine or exercise altogether, but a different way of performing it, be it an intense, very short routine then a several day’s break or short routines troughout the day, etc.
From what I’ve read, I know I’m different than the average PE’er. It isn’t only the complete lack of gains,
it’s how my body reacts (or doesn’t). For example, when I started hanging, I would feel a slight disconfort/tug,
using say, 10pounds. The next set, I would’t even feel 10 pounds, and could use 15 now with zero disconfort. And so on. I got scared at the 30 pound mark. This is at all angles. I ordered a Bib standard thinking that I
might have to start at 25+ pounds but I couldn’t put it on, it covered my whole strecthed flaccid. This lack
of disconfort with high weights while a hanging “newbie” I think is unique.
Stronger erections, yet no BPEL or girth increase: Very odd. These 2 things point at very strong and resilient tissues. The body just adapts to the forces very fast, in minutes. I’m Wolverine, from X-Men.
Again, just guessing, but I don’t think I need to hang 30 pounds; I think I just need to produce the same reaction that hanging my max weight does in a *different* way. Like JAI stretches. Moderate pull for a moment, then release. Or do a circular motion with the weight, aplying pressure at many points to fool my mutant tissues.
Maybe no rest days, and a set every few hours.
Quite frankly, I have no clue. I just know that I won’t progress next year, if I don’t look at it from a completely different way. This is not pessimism, although I’m very heartbroken about my lack of gains. I bought a thera-p wrap and it covers my whole package, glans and all, even after a jelq session. I can be fully erect in tight pants and I don’t produce a bulge. I desperately want an average range penis, and I will give it an all out effort this year, even if it means quitting my job to have time for a routine.
But I need to put more thought into it. I think n2, myself and all the hardgainers have a lot of things in common, that are different from the rest, if we look at everything, not just our lack of gains.
N2, I think we should maybe start with the basics, compare notes, see how our bodies react compared to other hard gainers and the rest, and brainstorm. The combined minds here at Thunder’s can crack everything, methinks. If and when we start to gain, we might have stumbled into something that could help all PE’ers down the line.
