Silicone kits in uk

Hi, I’ve been using vac extender now for a while and sleeves are not so good anymore but instead of sending to US every time I was thinking of making my own. Have read a few descriptions of how but nobody mentions if it’s even possible to buy kits in uk. Can anyone help please. In US it seems eco flex sells them.
