What about using a rolling pin on the table for jelqing? It would do the same as the powerjelq without putting pressure on the lower chamber.

This sound very similar to the Pan Squeeze. I have used it as a supplement to my regular jelqing routine. It is great for shaft width but I think the jelq also needs to be included. I have alot of faith in the good old fashion regular jelq. I don’t think any exercise works as well at this method, although, I do like to add my own twists to the method. I also like to ad in these additional options, like the pan squeeze, to maximize my girth.

If ‘lower chamber’ refers to the cs, I think you’d be exerting a great deal of pressure on it.
