skin discoloring

as we all know jelqing and the like cause skin darkening because bloods being pumped so harshly into all these new places.. now the darker color doesn’t look bad but just at the base it looks very light which makes it look uneven, is there any techniques/products which get rid of this discoloring? perhaps time? or even, are there any intense exercises purely for the base which will cause discoloration there? bending doesn’t.. thanks alot

Check out 2in2002’s thread on removing discoloration. I’ve also heard that over time without PE, the discoloration will fade. How much? I do not know.
