Hi All

Started on this trail in June 06 and grew 1’ in 3 months - Obviously Newbie gains.

In the last 7 weeks just managed around 1 tenth of an inch gain in length and girth - so steady as she goes.

Is this par for the course?

You’ve almost gained an inch in girth and you have gained over an inch in length. I say you are doing very well. Good job.

Maybe you can vary up your length routine some or add some different exercises in if you haven’t already. Or maybe a deconditioning break.

What is your girth routine by the way?

7 x 6 EG is perfect!

Routine : Manual-V-Inverted V-JAI-BTC stretches (alot of stretches :D ). Wet Jelq, Pumping (once a week to maintain my girth)

Lucky dude I’ve gotten nothing of the like. That is amazing, keep it up!

How old are you? and what’s your routine and frequency?

I just realized how similar our situations were when we started, but it bums me out that I haven’t seen any sort of gains like that. That 1” was from the newbie routines? Damn.

If those stats are correct you are anything but “slow but sure.” If just 20 percent of us experience that kind of result in three months this PE thing would not be shrouded in mystery and voodoo.

It sounds as if I might be one of the lucky ones.

I’m early in my early 50’s and have not done any sort of extraordinary routines. Generally jelq for about 10 minutes and clamp for a further 10 to 15. I generally do this 4 days a week. (I was able to do more but privacy is slightly harder at the moment). I have done a little hanging but not of late.

When I first started I was very dubious but obviously not any longer. I also “visualise’ having a big dick and I’m sure that helps too.

So - steady as she goes and onwards and upwards.

Gains are impressive having in mind that during your first experience with PE you have already clamped and hanged.
