I smoke, not alot anymore, but still smoke. After reading the following, it may not be for much longer.

Cigarette smoke contains:

Acetic acid
Acetone
Aluminum
Ammonia
Arsenic
Benzene
Butane
Carbon monoxide
Carbonyl sulfide
Lead
Magnesium
Mercury
Methane (I know lots of people who are full of that)
Nickel
Nitric oxide
Nitrobenzene
Nitropropane
Copper
DDT
Formic acid
Glycerol
Hydrogen cyanide
Hydrogen sulfide
Stearic acid
Titanium
Urethane
Vinyl Chloride

Now, each of the above chemicals is poisonous to the human body. And you wonder if smoking is going to affect gains? I will allow you to make up your own mind on that one.

speaking of PCP…..

In May of 1987….bad damn experience…..excuse the Joycean stream….bad night…..

It was a Friday night, with Becky & me….sitting on a bench in Riverview Park….as the rain started to fall on that dark windy night, vomit fell from my mouth & splashed all over her fuscia shoes. The rain water scalded me as I cried out furiously, betrayed by the PCP-laced joint I had carelessly lit. Thrashing about in the mud, destroyed my 3-piece suit - and our relationship - but shit, a 3-piece suit (that was HALF of my formal wardrobe).

I was dusted - completely dusted - but not by angels. God I was terrified. I threatened to break her skinny neck & throw her in the river, she cried furiously, kept saying “Oh my God!,” she shook all over as I kept regurgitating.

I miss her.

You haven’t tried spicy sausages from a street seller in a small town in Morocco. I lost 20kgs in 3 weeks and took months to recover.
