Also, what happens if you are a slow gainer, or one of the few guys who never gains anything, then your girlfriend will see you as a failure, which is never good for a relationship.

For the most part I think telling a chick is a bad idea but obviously it works out well for some. One thing I would suggest is to make it seem more like an overall self improvement program. Not JUST a penis enlargement program. Work out a couple times a week and make sure they know about it.

I’m sorry but if you’re with someone you cannot tell about your PE, you’re with the wrong person. Let alone someone who would belittle you and talk down about you to her girlfriends. It’s something that is important to me, much like working out and I do it. My wife knows, and supports my efforts. It’s not something that is a damper on our relationship. In fact, we sometimes use PE in foreplay. I can clamp and she ”helps”. ;) I’m also putting together a collection of basic data on PE that works from MY experience. Things like clamping, basic stretches. It’s all going on a CD and if we have a son, he may get the information one day. That has come up as well. We’re both ok with our son knowing about what dad knows.

Yes, both actually. If I clamp during sex, I use one clamp with a more narrow wrap. I also clamp less tightly so the clamp is more like a cock ring in fit. I can ejaculate while clamped and similar to wearing a cock ring cover my wife with quite a shower.
