So, PE does not work...

Do you smoke? If yes stop, I have remarked that smoking more than 10 cigarettes a day you will not gain anything from PE, but more red spots, more bruises…I have stoppped smoking from 3 months now, and no more bruises and no more red spots with much havier routines Uli, Power Jelk…..

I smoke 10-15 cigs a day and have gained pretty well. While I’m sure it won’t help, I doubt that it will totally stop gains.

Try pumping, it will at least give you a temporary
increase in size, which is sweet. Combine it with jelqing and squeezes,
and clamping(!!), then you should see progress.

I too am a hard gainer, but when I don’t see permanent gains, I can enjoy the
size from pumping/ clamping. Results come slowly for many guys,
included me.
Never give up! Everything on pumping/ clamping. And don’t overdo it.

I second that suggestion. Pumping/jelqing/clamping will give you great visibly rewarding temporary results at first, but in time you should get some permanent gains. Read everything you can and take it slow and steady.

Any possibility you are over doing it? You do have to allow some time to heal between workouts.

Hi everyone. Thanks for your posts.

I’ll try to answer all questions (thanks in advance for your suggestions).

I have never smoked in my life and I can say I have a pretty healthy lifestyle, considering I’m a bodybuilder (amateur, that is). I’ve had very good success in that area, by the way.

Considering my stats:

BPEL = around 15 - 16 cm [around 6 - 6,4 inches] (it’s a bit hard to measure considering my erection points towards 1 - 2 o’clock, with a slight upwards curve; that makes it a bit difficult to measure in the upper surface)

EG (midshaft) = 13 - 13,3 cm (5,2 - 5,3 inches)

So, I’m about average length and just a little bit thicker than the average. That means I’m not desperate to gain, in case you’re wondering. Still, I put a big effort in my PE program, cause I would like to achieve the size 7,5 length / 5,5 girth.

What exercises have I done?

My first tryout took 3-4 months (I’m not sure). I used to do stretches followed by wet or dry jelqs (especially wet). It used to take around 20-40 minutes (10-20 minute stretching + 10-20 minute jelqing). In the first 2 months, I was VERY consistent, I would do 4-5 sessions per week. Then, as I was lacking results, I stopped being so consistent, but I still did my PE sessions AT LEAST 3 times per week). I can say my libido increased in these months, considering I was lacking some libido before starting PEing.

I stopped for several months.

My second tryout took 3-5 months. I did the same I had done in the first tryout (stretching + jelqing), plus some light to moderate clamping (usually in the end of the workouts), some sporadic ulis and squeezes. My sessions took about 45-60 minutes each. 4-5 sessions per week. I think I never overtrained cause I don’t remember having problems with my erections and morning wood (I even thought sometimes that I wasn’t “training” hard enough). I was VERY consistent/persistent.

I stopped for 1 month.

3 months ago, I started using a penimaster. In the last 5-6 weeks, I started using a VacExtender with the penimaster, making it more efficient. I also started hanging with a VacHanger, 3-4 weeks ago (first 10 minute sessions, then 20 minute sessions; first with 5 pounds, then with 7-8 pounds). I’ve been doing some light to moderate jelqing (10 minute sessions, 2-4 times per week), just to help recover from the stretching/hanging.

Any comments? I probably forgot some details, I’ll post them if I remember.

I have not really seen any results whilst PEing. However I will try hanging and clamping at the same time. But what I can say is that while being a member of Thunders and looking for the Bigger Dick, I have been able to cure my Premature Ejaculation. No longer am I a minute man. And I thank Thunders place for this. I guess what I’m trying to say is that this site is good for the overall betterment of mankind and I’m grateful for this.


If you stretch it, it will grow. If you clamp it, she will know.

Try some extreme clamping. I do about 8 sets in row with 7 min breaks. Cross my legs and raise them up to put even more pressure. 1 on 2 off.

I gained from hanging but it was extreme hanging. AM and PM sets. For about 8 months. My dick felt like it went 12 rounds with Mike Tyson everyday. About 10 sets aday. Between the cheeks. No days off. I hung for about 3 months before I gained. You must first weaken the tissue then it can be stretched.

PUT DOWN YOUR RULER. Don’t measure for 6 months. I notice that you only stick with one workout for 4-5 months. Pick one thing and go at it full fucking force. Make it happen. The power of the mind my friend. If you THINK that you will not grow then you won’t. You got to believe. Make sure you have recover time if your not hanging. That comment about no morning wood is a direct sign that you are not doing something right.

Krtel, I am in the same boat as you. I have done it all and have had minimal results. That is why I am going under the knife in a few weeks with Dr. Gary Alter. Once I’m cut I’m hoping my ligs will stretch and I will finally make gains. For some of us that may be our only way given our anatomy. That is what I have concluded.

Thanks for letting people know it doesn’t worked for you. I’m pretty sure there are more people that p.e didn’t work for then it does. I think when it doesn’t work most people just drift away from p.e and don’t bother to say something. However, the people it does work for are sure to tell there success story’s and thank everyone. Also I’ve been clamping for about 4 months and it seems that I’m gaining a little more then 1/16th’s an inch in girth a month, that will hopefully add up over a year and been well worth it. It took me taking a month break from measuring to figure this out, I was considering quiting and writing a post much like yours because I didn’t think I was gaining.

I’m sure he means a routine that includes both hanging and clamping.

By the way, I rarely measure. So, how do I know it didn’t grow? Well, it looks always the same, except for those very sporadic bigger erections (I’ve measured these and they’re about 1 cm longer, but they’re VEEEERY sporadic and I found no correlation with the routine I was following the days before).

I think I’ve measured 3-4 times in my whole PE career.

Hi krtel! IMO, stopping after 3-4 months might not have helped you. Some newbies never see any result in the first few months. Maybe you were one of them. secondly, you admit that you stopped being consistent which is a problem. Ask anyone here and they will tell you the other name for PE is consistency and patience.

Again the same issue of not having given enough time to PE. 3 months is way too less unless you just enjoyed touching yourself.

Stick with a routine. A routine that consists of jelqing, hanging, clamping(if girth wanted) will surely get you results over time. There are guys who have invested more than a year for an Inch in length. What you have put in, on & off doesnt seem like much effort( Sorry if that sounds rude). Work at it for a few months and dont use a ruler till then. Make sure you get an accurate measurement as possible so you can evaluate your gains after a few months. I know PE works. I dont understand how it could work for me and thousand others and not work for you.
