I’ll try to answer all questions (thanks in advance for your suggestions).
I have never smoked in my life and I can say I have a pretty healthy lifestyle, considering I’m a bodybuilder (amateur, that is). I’ve had very good success in that area, by the way.
Considering my stats:
BPEL = around 15 - 16 cm [around 6 - 6,4 inches] (it’s a bit hard to measure considering my erection points towards 1 - 2 o’clock, with a slight upwards curve; that makes it a bit difficult to measure in the upper surface)
EG (midshaft) = 13 - 13,3 cm (5,2 - 5,3 inches)
So, I’m about average length and just a little bit thicker than the average. That means I’m not desperate to gain, in case you’re wondering. Still, I put a big effort in my PE program, cause I would like to achieve the size 7,5 length / 5,5 girth.
What exercises have I done?
My first tryout took 3-4 months (I’m not sure). I used to do stretches followed by wet or dry jelqs (especially wet). It used to take around 20-40 minutes (10-20 minute stretching + 10-20 minute jelqing). In the first 2 months, I was VERY consistent, I would do 4-5 sessions per week. Then, as I was lacking results, I stopped being so consistent, but I still did my PE sessions AT LEAST 3 times per week). I can say my libido increased in these months, considering I was lacking some libido before starting PEing.
I stopped for several months.
My second tryout took 3-5 months. I did the same I had done in the first tryout (stretching + jelqing), plus some light to moderate clamping (usually in the end of the workouts), some sporadic ulis and squeezes. My sessions took about 45-60 minutes each. 4-5 sessions per week. I think I never overtrained cause I don’t remember having problems with my erections and morning wood (I even thought sometimes that I wasn’t “training” hard enough). I was VERY consistent/persistent.
I stopped for 1 month.
3 months ago, I started using a penimaster. In the last 5-6 weeks, I started using a VacExtender with the penimaster, making it more efficient. I also started hanging with a VacHanger, 3-4 weeks ago (first 10 minute sessions, then 20 minute sessions; first with 5 pounds, then with 7-8 pounds). I’ve been doing some light to moderate jelqing (10 minute sessions, 2-4 times per week), just to help recover from the stretching/hanging.
Any comments? I probably forgot some details, I’ll post them if I remember.
