So - who got a bigger unit during the pandemic?

Hello guys,

Just logged on today for the first time in a long time. How’s everyone? I imagine some of you guys have made good use of the extra time at home?

I did NOT get a bigger dick during the pandemic as I was mostly tied down in a small apartment with my GF, so no privacy. And quite busy with other stuff, too. But it looks like I will continue with a home office arrangement this fall and with my GF out of the house I think it’s time to make use of the extra time and start hanging again. :)

Also - anything new in the science of PE in the last few years or do the good old basics still apply?

Or not. It’s not like the tried and true methods stopped working but some people are putting effort into filling in the blanks and tweaking the ranges.

In my opinion good old basics have been mostly debunked. The old knowledge seems to be that no one actually knew nothing what really happens at tissue level. And progressive overloading has proven to be wrong way.

If you roll back 20 years on this forum and read some of the older threads, I think you’d be surprised about what people knew. Also progressively increasing force over time as gains slow helped a lot of people gain a lot of inches, not much of a debunking more a bunking.

The “pandemic” allowed me to introduce the last science, and in a year I am 3.5cm bigger in BPFSL and 1.5cm bigger in BPEL. About to enter BPEL approach soon.

I remember when Bib said that it’s around 10 lbs that deformation begins and I believed. It has been proved so wrong. Even extender tensions of 1-2 kg produce gains.

This is my own current believes based on what I’ve read.
With progressive overloading penis just resists harder and becomes tougher. It cannot be forced to grow with tension. Many hangers including me found that out that when initial gains stop. You can’t gain anything more by using more force. In sense using same low force with extender or hanger for longer hours is better way.

My current believe is that under high enough tissue temperature quite low force that does not progressively grow is the way to go.

That’s interesting. But is this something that’s commonly accepted as truth on the boards these days?

As far as I know this have been widely debated earlier and Bib’s view on this have been challenged by many. I had fairly good gains hanging myself using not much more than 10-12 lbs (5-6 kg). At those weights I felt I had a good pull and it was more a matter of building volume at that level of weights instead of increasing weights.

Having had at least 2 years completely off now I may consider simply using an extender for the 1st 6 months to see where that gets me as I figure it should be the easiest way to see some gains working from home. :)

I think with bib he mostly talked about deforming the ligs to get more inner penis out. Where as you are talking about stretching/deforming the penis tissue to promote growth. Both will have different properties and will respond to different forces.

I got a bigger one because of the Pandemic. Working at home was the main reason !!!

Since April 2020 I got +4.4cm BPEL and only +0.4cm girth since I only focus on length !!

Using Marinera’s stretching routine….


Feb 2004---->6.3 BPELx5.1EG (16cmx13cm) / May 2006---->7.3 BPELx5.7EG & 6+EG Base (18.5cmx14.5cm, 15.6+cm Base)

August 2021------> 8.03 BPEL x 5.35 EG (20.4cm x13.6cm)

New Goal for 2022 ---->8.5 Inch BPEL x 6.25EG

Had you lost your 2006 gains to 18,5 cm and started again from 16cm?
