Get in the shower every day, do some “dry” jelques under the hot water to get things loosened up and some blood into the penis. Then do an inverse OK grip (where it is OK to the base, fingers towards the head) to where you can inflate part of the shaft like a balloon, then sequentially close the fingers down so that you’re stretching the skin (not the chambers inside). Hold that, even use your other hand to squeeze or twist the skin around. Gently!!!!
Do that a bunch, it will start to stretch out. Mess around with it a bit. You’re going to want to go for mid shaft so you don’t end up trying to inflate the chambers instead of the skin. Try some things, you’ll get what I’m saying. A skin stretch feels itchy on the skin, not deep inside like an ache.
