1. At what length or girth (FL FG and/or EG EL) would you be “satisfied” at?
I’ve been a grower, so I’d like to swing more meat — 6” FL with a 5.5” girth (4-5x5 today). When it’s showtime, I want a “honest 8” (NBPEL) x 6-1/2”.
2. Psychologically speaking, for those who were less endowed at the start, do you still see yourself that way?
I had felt inadequate, mostly in the length department, but was probably close to average. This was partly due to having a “square dick” (l=w) and partly due to my ignorance of how important girth was to women.
3. What routine(s), other than the newbie routine, attributed the most to your success in girth, length or both?
Nearly all of my length gains came early. Plain ol’ stretching by hand with a heat warm up was the most effective for me. I’ve clamped successfully for some girth gains but I now clamp judiciously since my hard-ons get short-lived if I do this too often.
4. Has your confidence changed any and in what area(s)?
Greatly. It sounds conceited but sometimes I calculate the number of men in a gathering who have equipment with less or more displacement than mine. I feel good about those odds. Every once in a while, I manage to catch a momentary crotch glance from a woman and I know that I’ve been sized up — very likely favorably. Overall, I find that I put myself in the driver’s seat much more easily when talking with women.
5. How is sex different now versus before your PE journey?
The sex has changed much over my marriage and PE. We used to fuck like rabbits — all the time. A decade later, the frequency and quality had slid way down (she cooled off post-childbirth, me with a little ED from a porn fixation). Then, PE brought inches and girth but also fatigue, which didn’t help the ED. Moderation and a bit of chemical help balanced things. Today, the quality is fantastic even if the frequency is not back to our early-20s rate. I know that she gets off on the sometimes shocking hardness, the increased girth, and the added depth.
6. Your best advice would be ___________(other than using the search button!)
Use measurement and visualization. Take starting pictures, visualize your target, and measure your progress. It was a real mind-bender and confidence-booster for me when I would hit and then surpass my interim length targets. On occasion, I’ll take a few progress pictures and compare back to my starting point. Seeing the unmistakable progress convinces me that the gains are real and to continue forward.
7. What exercises didn't seem to help you very much?
For me, it was more of what was efficient and fit best into my daily routine. I did hanging for a while but that required too much privacy and setup time.
8. Your biggest obstacle in PE is (or was) ___________
Putting in enough time.
9. Does your wife/ girlfriend/ significant other know about PE?
The wife knows about it. I decided to tell her about 3 months in, but only after she might have noticed a change. One day, I saw surprise in her eyes when she could not fully deep throat my slightly longer dick, so I told her soon after. I think she is of two minds on my PE. Outwardly, she disapproves of it slightly, calling it unnecessary but she does not doubt the results. However, with the solid gains, damn if she doesn’t get more glassy-eyed and moany when I go deep.
