Being a member of Thunder’s Place is like being part of a sports team. Each player (member) contributes to the success of the team (forum). There’s so many incredible threads floating around that give thoughtful insight, advice and experiences so I thought I would start a thread which culminates various PE questions in regard to understanding different perspectives, experiences and wisdom of the veterans who have put their time into successful gains.

Well…

1. I guess I would be “satisfied” at 6” FL / 5” FG and 7” NBPEL / 5.75” EG

2. Yes, even though I am 1” larger in length and 1/4” larger in girth, and now above average, I still feel small.

3. I attribute almost all my length gains to manual stretching. I haven’t started working girth yet.

4. Sightly more confident. Even thought I felt small before PE I have never had a confidence problem in the bedroom. But PE is certainly helping.

5. Hasn’t really changed much. After exercises the fit seems to be more “snug.” Nothing earth-shattering.

6. Best advice? Persistence. I sometimes think newbie gains slow or stop because we get lazy, skip routines, or don’t perform the exercises with the same enthusiasm we had in the beginning. Put your all in to your routine. Believe you can reach your goal and don’t give up. Never throw in the towel!

7. Since I have been doing them as a routine it’s hard to isolate which ones were effective and which were not. I tried clamping for a couple months. I got some temporary gains but they disappeared when I stopped.

8. Time - without a shadow of a doubt. PE, when done correctly, can be very time consuming. I think that can also lead to frustrations. If you don’t take the time to do an exercises right, it’s not going to be as effective.

9. Yes, I told my wife about 6 months into it. I wanted to make sure it really worked. She thinks I’m a little off in the head but is somewhat supportive.

I don’t really consider myself a vet but I hope this helps someone out there.

Umm, yes. When I get a big dick, I’ll still see it that way. Kind of like with my new body, I still see the fat bastard in the mirror. It takes photos looked at later to see the changes.

The one I’m on now seems to be working best for me. Pumping and clamping, 200 kegels in the pump.

4. Has your confidence changed any and in what area(s)?

No, I was one confident SOB before. I knew I had a small dick and so I knew to learn good oral and digital techniques so that I could satisfy any woman. When you know that there isn’t a woman you can’t please even with a tiny little pecker, it gives supreme confidence in all walks of life.

5. How is sex different now versus before your PE journey?

She feels tighter because I’m putting more in her. I have more sensation now than before because of the penis health aspect of this all. I get erections now because of the penis health aspect. Penis health was my goal and I didn’t have a clue about PE until I saw my workouts were making me bigger.

6. Your best advice would be ___________(other than using the search button!)

Try different routines and give them a full 6-8 weeks to see what they do for you. Keep good notes on your progress or lack of. Then when you know what makes you grow - give it hell.

7. What exercises didn’t seem to help you very much?

Hanging. It did help with length but really killed any girth gains for me. Made the base thicker but the mid-shaft thinner.

8. Your biggest obstacle in PE is (or was) ___________

Time to invest in it and family obligations because my family ALWAYS comes first. I’m very busy and my schedule is somewhat unpredictable. For example today was workout time and I was standing in my kitchen clamped talking to my wife while cooking her breakfast. I saw my 17 year old daughter and her friend coming up the driveway earlier than expected. Talk about a rush to get to the bedroom and dress very quickly. When I came out with my belt fastened wrong I was promptly told, “you guys are too old for that”. So time and family obligations are the biggest problems. I am getting about 18 hours a week of PE with my current routine though. I think it will be enough.

9. Does your wife/ girlfriend/ significant other know about PE?

Yes, my wife is involved. She is the one that first noticed that the penis health exercises were making me bigger. She is the one that helps me with it. She is the ONLY one that gets any of my dick…big or little.

Check my progress thread. Mostly a lot of JAI-stretch, V-stretch and Inverted V-stretch.

4. Has your confidence changed any and in what area(s)?
I’ll never ever get a negative comment about my size, but that doesn’t make me a great lover. It’s all about making her feel good and cosy. If you want her to like your talents in bed, know how to make foreplay good, tease her, make her wish for it. Good tongue and finger action ranks as good as a big dick. Having them both? 5. How is sex different now versus before your PE journey?

It’s hard to pin point out what didn’t work. I guess over training, or high intensity jelq doesn’t work so good.

Thrombosis, red spots, brown spots. Be careful, you got only one dick.

I know, that’s almost one too much. :)

Listen to your penis talking. If it says that it hurts. Take a day off and try again. Once again, check my progress log. Some months I did gain, others not. In the end, getting 1”+ NBPEL increase came mostly from my beliefs that it would work.

I’m totally agreeing with your statement, “Getting 1”+ NBPEL increase came mostly from my beliefs that it would work”. Our minds play an extremely important role in success or failure, not just in PE, but in all facets of life.

Personally, I’m very confident, positive and optimistic in all areas of my life, with the previous exception being in my flaccid length. You made another point that I totally agree with when you said, “Good tongue and finger action ranks as good as a big dick. Having them both? Even better!”

When I started PE, I was 6.125 BPEL. That’s not being hung by any means, at least in my own mind due to my small flaccid (a turtled 2.75” when I started PE). Sexually, I was always confident that I could please my women in more ways than one and I always tried to make them cum orally and took care of their needs before mine were met. That, alone, can make a man with a 4” BPEL a great lover.

Everyone that’s posted has made some great points and given awesome advice. Thanks for sharing your wealth of knowledge!

Oh yeah! I have to remind myself that I’m considerably bigger than when I started and I’m bigger than “average”, but I’m still not really confident about it. A mind set like that is hard to break.

I’m probably more confident in a locker-room situation, especially on a particularly good flaccid day, but I’m basically not a confident person, in any area. Even though I’m told that I’m competent and talented, I don’t usually feel like it

Only better. My wife has always been a supportive and passionate person, but now she’s becoming more open and less inhibited. I don’t know if the bigger cock has anything to do with that. She pretty regularly comments on my size. She calls my dick “Monstro”.

Listen to the vets!! Don’t ask a question and read the threads then do the opposite and complain when you don’t gain, or if you get hurt.

I agree. I guess when you’re used to seeing yourself being the same smaller size for so long, it kind of gets engrained in your mind, even after you became “bigger than average”.

I change my routine every six months so I don’t get bored, right no w I’m working more on girth.
4. Has your confidence changed any and in what area(s)?

1 9by 6, but it’s not a must.
2- Not now, more confidence.
3- jelk squeezes, uli’s, horse 440’s and I will alternate 440’s with girth busters, I think thats what their called.
I change my routine e every six months, rotate different exersizes in. Like physical exersize if you get to use to a certain exersizes it becomes less effective.
4-All areas of my life has changed,in that I know I’m big.
5-haven’t had sex since learning my new skills, and growing the way I did. Would like to very very soon because I’m a horny bastard.
6-Don’t over do it, jelk slow rather than really really hard, I pm more experienced jelkers often.

1. A legit 9 BPEL, standing, not sitting. As far as girth, I have 6 at base. When I was doing extreme ulis and clamping, I would get to 7 temporarily, which the wife didn’t find any discomfort. I and her are both obese, so I am currently just losing some weight so she can even get the 6.

2. Very much so, I don’t think that will ever change. The only thing NPE has done for me negatively is enhance this belief.

3. Length- Hanging and Jelqing
Girth -Good ole’ fashion jelqs and uli’s, clamping for temp. gains

4. Every now and then I get a boost when having sex and getting a grade A boner, but for the most part the answer is no.

5. A lot different, hard thrusting doesn’t happen anymore. Unlike the myth, a bigger dick doesn’t cause my wife to orgasm easier. I still have to rely on my excellent skill at giving oral. I’m satisfied with what I have now, although 9” BPEL would be nice. Funny how when you look at a 1/2” on a tape measure on it’s own, the difference between 8.5 and 9” is negligible, I guess it’s a round number thing..:p

Well I’m yet to gain length so the stretches haven’t done much for me, but they aren’t as addictive as clamping. So perhaps clamping itself hasn’t helped me in that I can’t stick to any other exercise with the same focus.

Time constraints.

9. Does your wife/ girlfriend/ significant other know about PE?
She knows nothing of PE or Thunder’s Place although she has noticed the size difference. As she has not questioned the whys and wherefors I choose not to tell her about PE.

I find it amazing that once people are over 8”, they still want to add more length. This can be addicting and I can understand how it would be difficult to stop, even once you’ve reached your ultimate goal. I know that if I ever get to 8”, I’ll want 8.5” in case I lose any length while working on girth from that point on.

The feeling of accomplishment is a great point, knowing that you put in the time and effort and were rewarded for your effort and time.

That falls along the less is more philosophy. My “moderate” stretching doing the newbie program did very little for my gains (3/16” gain in BPEL in two months). Since using an extender from month 3 on, I’ve gained 1/4” in 29 days since 2/8/07. I’m quite confident that I’m merely accelerating my newbie gain, but I also question whether I’m hindering my long-term potential by averaging 8.11 hours of PE per day without any days off?

I told my wife immediately after I decided that this was something that I wanted to pursue. She thought it was “strange” and “weird” but she’s noticed the base girth difference, flaccid difference and EL difference. I also noticed she’s been checking out the threads on the forum, too, so I know she’s curious about what I talk about in here on my free time :)

Did you ever consider telling her?
