Watermarking would involve more than simply running a script on all attachments. Many aren’t member-submitted penis pictures. Stamping Thundersplace on pictures not intended to be used exclusively here (such as public domain images) wouldn’t be right.
Why would that be? Your taking responsibility for images hosted on your domain. If its a copyrighted image its wrong to have it on the server anyway. If it’s a PD image, a watermark does not equal a copyright notice. You could stamp a “posted on thundersplace” as well.
Need a lawyer here asap, damn that must be annoying bro.
Imagine ringing your lawyer up and telling him someone has stolen pictures showing the growth of your penis using PE techniques off a forum and has stuck them on his site. Bloody hell that would be embarrassing, tell you one thing though he would be impressed with the growth he has had lol
Interesting, it appears he has been to this thread since the website I posted before has been edited to remove any association to the regainx website and the contact information. This have been done after I posted the link on this thread. However, Googles cache still holds the pre-edited version.

Anyway, it appears the images is gone from the website now, that’s good of him. But the stories that came with the images is still there though, for some reason.

Just an update.
This thread is now #4 when you search on Google for RegainX. Interestingly, if you narrow the search to RegainX images, my and (other Thunder’s members) images still show up (they’re cached) however the images don’t show up on the original web page - they’ve been deleted. I don’t know how long Google caches these things for but I’m guessing they will disappear eventually. :)

Probably a couple of years if the guy removed the page. If he just took the images off the page but left the page there (with the same url), google will over write the cached page the next time it spiders his site.
