Don’t think I have gained yet, will measure some hours after today’s routine but will still keep going even if disappointment rears it’s ugly head. *Sigh*, the things I do for a bigger cock to please the ladies with, and of course self esteem. No need to lie I guess.

I measured in the holiday and I think I’m marginally longer, but I’m still below my all time BPEL/BPFSL so I’m not celebrating yet.
I have the details in my log, but I had to break the routine some day during the holidays. I was able to mainain consistency and even had great expansion jelqing, but I got a really bad case of the flu that I’m still fighting, so I’m out of the game for now.
I will resume the routine or a variation of the routine. I have considered for example adding some light clamping (starting with 1 minute) either at the end of the jelqing session or in the middle of the session. I will do the stretches, but probably resume hanging in addition (like I started with in the holidays).
I’m not so sure about 7 days per week though. I think maybe I am one of the guys who need some rest. Maybe complete off days or light days for active recovery, for example 5 minutes jelqing/5 minutes stretching instead of complete off days.
