I’m surprisingly consistent this week and libido has picked up as well! I’ve also added 1-2 sets of hanging in the afternoon, so I will not be increasing my stretching time anytime soon from here. I’m stopping at 10 minutes, but will probably increase jelqing further down the line.

Question:

Do you wait until your unit is 100% flaccid before stretching?

I find that on some days like today, where I’m horny and have good expansion, my unit takes a long time to become completely flaccid and when I start stretching, the stimulation may plump up my unit once again. Because of this, I’m kind of forced to stretched a 20-30% erection, since I don’t have time to wait 30 minutes to start stretching.

No. I start roughly at about the same ‘erection’ level as you do I guess, but in my mind it doesn’t even qualify as an erection and it’s totally subsided after 2- 3 minutes of stretching anyways. My unit is quite the fat one in the first set of stretches.

Personally I’m gonna do my 69Th session today. (only missed two days but did piss pulls on the second day I missed so it was something at least)
Don’t think I have gained yet, will measure some hours after today’s routine but will still keep going even if disappointment rears it’s ugly head. *Sigh*, the things I do for a bigger cock to please the ladies with, and of course self esteem. No need to lie I guess.

I measured in the holiday and I think I’m marginally longer, but I’m still below my all time BPEL/BPFSL so I’m not celebrating yet.

I have the details in my log, but I had to break the routine some day during the holidays. I was able to mainain consistency and even had great expansion jelqing, but I got a really bad case of the flu that I’m still fighting, so I’m out of the game for now.

I will resume the routine or a variation of the routine. I have considered for example adding some light clamping (starting with 1 minute) either at the end of the jelqing session or in the middle of the session. I will do the stretches, but probably resume hanging in addition (like I started with in the holidays).

I’m not so sure about 7 days per week though. I think maybe I am one of the guys who need some rest. Maybe complete off days or light days for active recovery, for example 5 minutes jelqing/5 minutes stretching instead of complete off days.

On another note I think I have gotten a 3mm gain BPEL, will not make it official until a have gained at least 0,5cm because then I will definitely know for sure it’s going in the right direction. My girth seems to be expanding as well, must be all that dry jelqing so I will keep on with it.

EDIT; The last couple of times I have blown one off it has just seemed visually longer even at 80- 90% erection. Just don’t wanna get my hopes up that’s all, hahahaah, mkaay!

Good to hear it! I would be surprised if you did not at least gain a little with all that effort while maintaining good EQ (important I think).

But I’m like you in that I need to see a clear breach of a measurement before celebrating it. That’s why I said I’m marginally longer. ;)

Are you doing dry jelqing and not wet jelqing?

Dry all the way, yes. EQ is not as good as it was in the beginning, whenever I up the time it seems to take 5- 6 days for my EQ to ‘catch’ up so to speak. But still, I think and hope the m’meters will add on as the weeks go by.

Gotta ask, am I the only one doing ‘this’ routine or some variation of it? Would be fun if someone else was on the train with me so to speak, if so be please chime in.

I’m doing a variation of Mem’s routine now. EQ is inconsistent at the moment, so girth work is suffering.

I’ve been doing this routine for a month now. And I’ve gained just over a quarter of an inch. I warm up with a rice sock, Jelk for 10 mins, then stretch for at least 10 mins with a Vac extender morning and night. I also wear a vac ads for at least 8 hours. I’m gonna add two mins to my workout morning and night next week. My EQ and nocturnal erections are great. I’ll keep you guys updated.

I wonder if this “milking” technique involves using a overhand grip (or a underhand one)? We’ll probably never know exactly how the Big Gainer milked/jelqed, but I’m curious to know how wadzilla did. To me, milking sounds like using the overhand, but I might be wrong.

In my opinion the underhand grip demands a tighter grip, while the overhand one can use a lighter one. Also I feel like the overhand grip targets the sides of the penis more.
