I am going very slowly this time, as I am also trying to heal a bump and a hard string like vein just beneath the gland (where it connects to the shaft). I hate taking long breaks, so I am trying to go slowly and progressively.

This is why I am only starting at 40jelqs and increase 2 strokes everyday… no breaks (at least for now).

It will take me 3 months before I reach 200 strokes (3 second stroke for 10 minutes). I will evaluate intensity and no. of jelqs as my penis is healing.

The reason I try to jelqing less than 70% is that I am very aware of Buck’s fascia reaction to higher erection level. Buck’s fascia is tunica’s evil twin, so I need to make sure I can stretch out more without their natural defense (to harden and protect).

I`m going to give this routine an honest attempt again. If I can maintain consistency, I honestly believe it should give me gains. Right now, I`m suffering with inconsistent EQ and libido, which have made me quit recent attempts at PE multiple times when I encounter periods with very low EQ. So, I will start at a very low intensity/volume and see where it takes me.

I started yesterday:

5 minutes jelqing followed by 5 minutes stretching.

Well there is really something of significance of how much effort is given to the routine. Effort; both in the length of the routine and the physical force.

I only notice growth when doing my routine (jelq& stretches) for 50-60 minutes for 5 days in a row. If I use less then 45 min. No-gains.


STARTING: BPEL: 5.7 G: 4.65, NOW: BPEL: 7.48 G: 5.7 GOAL L:8.7 G:6.3 (old goal; L:8.0 G: 6.0)

My penis is currently very satisfied with this routine. EQ is good. It`s been a good discipline for me to do my PE in the morning and then be done for the day. Good for consistency.

I`m not very fond of manual stretching as I`m not very good at performing them, so when I pass 10 minutes of stretching, I`m considering adding a set of hanging to the routine instead.

This was one of my favorite posts to discover when I first got to this forum. Inspirational to see what can be accomplished with just stretching and jelqing over a decade of consistency. Even if it’s gaining only 0.25” per year, that adds up to huge in the long run. I agree about morning workouts. Something about giving it all day to hang big, getting some good meals to feed the recovery, and then having all night to rest seems good for growth.

Absolutely.

I`m still loving this routine and actually enjoy PE very much these days.

Having PE as the first thing in the morning is very good for consistency. If I miss a morning workout, I always have the chance to get it done later in the day, compared to if I do nights exclusively and something unplanned happens that makes me have to skip PE. For now, I have done 23 consecutive morning sessions, currently at 7 minutes jelqing and 7 minutes stretching. EQ and libido is good, at least better than it`s been in a long time for someone who`s suffered from low libido and weak erections.

I`m not in a hurry to gain or measure either. I will just stick with it and see what happens over the long run.

Did not incorporate the jelqing until the second week am now on 10 mins of ‘perfect jelqing’( thank you BrainDrain) and 14 min stretching straight out, rotary cranks( holding for 2- 3 mins), only missed one day due to a shitty neighbour. Having good PI’s every day, night wood, morning wood, good flaccid hang and have even had two ‘innocent’ ejaculations while sleeping the past 2- 3 weeks.

Have also switched from a overhand jelq grip to a underhand and the expansion I get is just awesome, can barely manage to sneak my head in a toilet paper roll just to compare with something after/ while jelqing which is oh so good in my eyes. I also do my routine in the morning.

Good luck gaining Renholder, hope we both manage to get something out of this. Any gain in any direction will be very much appreciated.

I suspect the reason this works is less to do with the exercises and more the everyday consistency of it, that and slowly adding time.

It’s good to see a couple of guys trying it.

If you are doing daily and slowly adding time…be careful with your force. Its easy to slowly increase the force without realizing it. Try backing off on force until you get EQ back.

I`ll keep that in mind, thanks, but I do believe with 100% certainty that my EQ is due to a libido issue and not PE induced. I will however take it carefully and certainly not exceed 10 minutes until I get my libido back.

Some people here have commented that he probably would have been better off if he took a deconditioning break. He started at low levels, probably around 5 minutes of jelqing and stretching respectively and slowly added time every 1-2 weeks. So, he did not start at such high levels.
