I’m going to give this a go, with close as possible to the routine as described, single am. workout.
I’ve even changed to vaseline as the lube, which does seem to give a better workout. I’ve avoided this in the past because of the cleanup hassle.
The stretching after the jelqing also feels a little more effective but there’s still no way I can maintain a 3 minute stretch.

Non-smoker, 4 workouts/week, reducing caffeine for this trial to 1 serve/day, trying for zero. No supplements yet but will do a multi-vitamin a day.

Three- days into it, and really hard to stop at 50 jelqs.

I am going to do the routine.

The past 7 months I have been hanging with no jelqing, and have only gained 1/4 inch. Wow! How pissed am I that I wasted all that time!?

The reason I say that is because I started PE exercises last may, and gained a 1/4 inch in just two months by doing jelqing and manual stretching. Throughout the past 7 months I keep wondering, “why am I not gaining, hanging is supposedly the ‘big dog’ approach to gains’”?

In recollection, I gained quicker with jelqing in man. Exercises, and just now reading your thread and some other threads, I think it is time to go back to the basics. The basic got me in two months, what I got in 7 months with complex workouts. Hell it’s worth a shot right-I’ve havent gotten far with hanging.

Just one question, why is it that you are against the split routine like the big gainer you know did? -Not to say I am for it or against, just curious as to why you don’t think it’s the way to go.I mean.he did gain a lot from doing the split daily routine didnt he?

I noticed that too!! Whenever I’m stoned up I feel a much better pull with no pain whatsoever, and I can get a rock solid afterwards. I too love marijuana and thought differently when people were discussing it hindering gains.

Wad here is my routine:

Hot wrap warm-up
20minute jelqing
30minutes stretching
100 kegels
Hot wrap cool down

-Twice daily
-I’m going to try get a lot of vitamins throughout the day through fruit/juices, and find something that has some ginseng in it

You didn’t say how long you’ve been doing PE, but 20 minutes of 2-second strokes is a lot - probably about 450+ jelqs (when you figure the transition time alternating hands).
As I said earlier, I’m suspicious of the 2x daily. When that guy really hit the 2/day sessions, he gained very little if anything.
I think the rest of your workout looks solid (maybe slow your strokes to 3 seconds), but I think 14 workouts per week is too much.

So your saying when he boosted his time so much that he splilt his workout into two sessions he stopped gaining so much?

Well I have been “PEing” for almost a year now, but havent jelqed for nearly 7 months, when I stopped jelqing I was doing 600 daily

What do you think his reason for little gains with -two sessions daily- was?

Not enough recovery time.
When he had reached his limit for one session, which was about 75 minutes (according to him), and his gains stalled, he should’ve taken a deconditioning break for a few months. Then he probably would’ve jumpstarted his gains with sessions only half that time.
Instead, he broke his workout into 2 sessions of maybe 40 minutes each. I’m not saying that he made zero gains on 2x/day, but it didn’t take him long to hit the wall. He pushed along for months with no gains, then quit.

My gains really came in spurts (no pun intended). There were times I got 1/4” EL in just 3 weeks. Then months with nothing.

My total gains were about 1.6” EL. Of that, the majority occurred in my first 1/2 year of PE - from a “standard” routine (hot wraps, wet jelqs, stretching). The remaining 0.7” EL came mostly from vigorous stretching. However, I think if you pull too hard, the tissues quickly tighten. I got some quick gains, but then a quicker plateau.

I think there’s something to be said for moderate intensity with greater duration. And, obviously, if he was pulling for 3-minute sets, his intensity was necessarily moderate.

I’m done with this experiment, heat seems to have the opposite effect for me. Best of luck to the rest of you though.

Wad, did you happen to ask him when or how often he masturbated? Sometimes I like to masturbate after a workout, & I’m wondering if he did. It would be nice to get some more data to help end that old debate (whether masturbation helps or hinders gains, or has no effect).

I’m also wondering if morning workouts are a better idea than evening workouts.

Well, thanks for posting the workout, I’m proceeding with it as planned. The only thing I’m doing differently is wearing PEweights for a light all day stretch afterwards. I wonder if I should cut these out all together, but I dont see how they could hinder gains.

When it came to warming up did you always use hot wraps? I ask because I use a heatpad but I am not sure that I am getting the ligs heated up enough prior to stretching. I wonder if a flannel soaked in hot water might be a better way to warm up?

Greetings fellows.

I am going to diverge from my norm and actually attempt to provide helpful information.

When I began PE, about 1.75 years ago, I had a warm wrap - stretch (flaccid) - jelq - warm wrap routine. It was 7 days a week. I think I made basically all of my gains in those first few months. I hadn’t ever measured so I don’t know where I started but when I eventually did I knew I had gained a decent amount from whatever. Oh yeah, a shitload of kegels every day, basically all day. And lots of water; ran nearly daily and lifted weights. Not that weights may matter just mentioning what I was doing. Oh yeah and lots of weed, not ridiculous amounts but enough.

It’s been forever since I’ve made a measurable length gain. I guess about 1.2 years.

Now I don’t stretch anymore, I didn’t like the perceived effect around my head. On the skin, and whatnot.

So I’ve restarted my 7 days a week warm wrap - jelq - warm wrap routine, with lots of kegels. I shall try to keep this till the end of summer and see where I am at that point.

It might have been the stretching that gave him his length gains. I’ve been finding with this workout that the warmup after jelqs really does soften up the penis for stretching. I’m not exactly sure what effect around the head you are referring to?
