I’m wondering if “milking” the hormone rich blood (that we have in the morning) through his penis was partly responsible for his fast gains.

Are there any other fast gainers who only do morning sessions?

I think I may try this type of approach.


Started: NBPEL 5.5 == EG: 5

Current: NBPEL 7.5 == EG: 6

Goal: NBPEL 8 == EG: 6

I tried holding my stretches for 3mins each today - my hand hurts!!!!

I`ve started this routine recently and think I have finally found a routine that I will be comfortable with in the long run.

5 minutes warm-up with soaking hot towelwraps
10 minutes jelqing - Smooth, controlled movements. Minimum 3 seconds per stroke. No squeezing. Gentle.
5 minutes warm-down with soaking hot towelwraps
10 minutes stretching - I try to go for 2-minute stretches. 3-minute stretches seems to be a little too hard for now.

7 days a week.

After 2 weeks(this sunday), I will probably up the volume by 2-3 minutes, but not intensity.

Results so far:

My penis is plump and hot throughout the day! On earlier routines I`ve gotten the plumpness immediately after, but often later in the day the penis would subside and become cooler than the rest of my body.

Erections also happen more easily, even though I RARELY wake up with a full woody. Semi-woody now and then. Is this bad? It has nothing to do with the routine though. Been so for a long time now.

I will report back in the future.

The routine makes sense because is disciplined and constant. The problem is time. But I’ll try it. Maybe in the future I can pass the foot. lol

I believe if you can make yourself believe you are 4” in your mind - and workout like you are 4” trying to get to 7 or 8 - you can make it to a foot.

Well. my shoe size is 10 1/2. At least I’m not that far from my own foot. LOL

This being the 7th week I`m taking taking friday, saturday and sunday off so that I can get a good measurement on sunday.

I suspect that maybe I`m too conditioned to gain from this approach, but I won`t know for sure until I measure.

I`ve been increasing time gradually and have been doing 15 minutes jelqing and 15 minutes stretching the last two weeks.

If I have no gains, I will maybe look to get back into hanging. I have much desk work at home currently, so maybe it`s stupid to not take advantage of that.

If I have gained however, I will naturally continue:)

interesting stuff.

I know what happened to Wadzilla (lost all his gains) but what happened to big gainer???

Seems like some of you were going to start this routine (Renholder, Kcsuper, Underwang). So what are the final results? Did anyone stick with it and get results? I am probably going to start up with this routine and see how I get on.

I would like to admit that my gains of 16->18 cm in 2 months has been made using the fact that the Big gainer proposed to Wadzilla.

Dino, I think a good part of his long-term & significant progress (if accurate) was due to his slowly-rising workload. But if you mean he should’ve had decon breaks along the way, I agree. Furthermore, if he had implemented such breaks, he might not have had to up his workload quite so much.

I’ve always thought that jelqing should precede stretching. I made good gains from it; you made exceptional gains from it.

There seems to be a discreprancy in the post from 2004 and 2005, in the 2004 his friend does mild stretching before he jelqs. He also upps the amount of both every two weeks. In the 2005 post there’s no stretching before jelqing and it’s every three weeks.

Wad If you read this I’m assuming it’s the 2005 version we’re going off.

There might be something to that. When I first began PE I did all of my sessions in the morning - gained a 1/2” of EG within the 1st 5 weeks or so. The question: did morning workouts facilitate that or were those simply my newbie gains, regardless of what time I did PE?

No shit. memento also recommends holding stretches long (& easing into each stretch). I believe that’s the very best way to stretch…and don’t forget damp heat either; I was always regular with heat, in the beginning (got lazier later).

Well, not quite “all” - but damn close to it. Note: I’m still bigger than I was when I started PE (after having lost some natural size) AND I’m still bigger than I was in my late teens-early 20’s…but I still lost a hell of a lot.

As for him, I have no clue. He was an old school buddy but, as is typical, we lost touch after graduation. In about 25 years since graduation, I’ve only seen him about 3 times. The last of which was at that sports complex where our sons were wrestling…and that was quite a while ago.

Great job! Glad to hear it. What I would recommend, however, is that you take advantage of what we know (and he probably did not): when you hit a bad plateau, take a decon break. When you come back, begin at a lower workload than when you quit. Gradually work back up to it…then go beyond.

Repeat as necessary.

Damn, it’s hard to believe that this thread is from March 2005 (4 1/3 yrs ago). So much shit has happened since then, including my divorce. Sorry that I haven’t kept up on this. Even now, I had the time to only read the last 3 or 4 pages. Sorry if I missed any questions; however, I can’t provide any more info about the guy than what I already have.
