Squat Stretching

Has anyone tried stretching whilst in a squat position. It probably has been done before, but I’m not sure. Nevertheless it really works the ligs.

For some reason I seem to remember this one:

Squat Stretch

I do it all the time. I get 2 lig pops each time I do it. One on the left, one on the right.


Start: 7.2" BPEL, EG = 5"

Current: 7 7/8" BPEL, 7" NBPEL, 8" BPFSL, EG(midshaft) = 5 5/8"

Goal: 8" NBPEL, EG = 6.5"

Whats a lig pop?

I definitely recommend the squat stretch!
