Squirt distance indicates PC muscle stregth?

What do you think? Is there a connection between shot distance and the PC muscle? Sometimes after masturabion my shoot goes 3-4 feet far. Does this means that I have a strong PC muscle?

It is a good indicator your PC is in good shape. It is also a good indicator you are young.

Overtraing seems to shorten the distance to me!

I think you have to factor in when your last orgasm was and if you have gone straight to orgasm or edged

You can contract your PC while ejaculating with more force than the involuntary contraction, and it doesn’t improve distance, in my experience. Maybe it has more to do with contraction SPEED, than contraction strength. The idea is to maximize the speed of the fluid, which could be accomplished by forcing the same volume through your “tube” in a shortened period of time. Imagine squeezing a turkey baster bulb. It is not how hard you squeeze, but how fast you squeeze. The diameter of your tube, or hole, is also a factor. I can shoot much farther than normal just by squeezing my head to restrict the opening during ejaculation. This also increases the fluid velocity.

Higher pressure (from faster contraction, or more full gland) +

= more distance.

No. When you ejaculate you don’t actually “squirt”. Masters and Johnson noted that ejaculate exudes out the end of the penis. Muscles do move the ejaculate but you will only actually squirt a distance when there is pressure in front of the peristaltic contraction of the muscles. For example, if you place your finger on the glans just below the opening at the end of you penis, and gently pull back (I.e., stretch the skin tighter), “shot distance” will increase. By making it more difficult for the semen to leave the penis, enough pressure will now exist to “squirt”.

This is not to say that there isn’t considerable variation between individuals, but, on average, semen just dribbles out the end of the penis.

I’m not entirely sure I agree with the constricted opening squirt theory, not trying to be controversial but how about male porn stars? Quite often the cum shot is a good hefty squirt over a gaping minge/mouth/ass. I know not all porn stars “shoot” but most do so I think it may have something to do with squeezing these muscles before orgasm. My theory is that edging improves the spurt because your body produces more fluid as you edge, and possibly also you contract harder or faster because you build up anticipation.

I don’t think voluntary squeezing of the muscles helps much.

If you don’t believe the constricted opening squirt theory, try it. As you are about to come, grab your dick near the head and pull the skin forward toward the head. You can see your hole decrease in size. I am usually a dribbler, but have hit my face when doing this.

Novi, I don’t know what your experience is, but I do squirt, with no additional restricition. The first 2-3 pulses get airborne, and after that it relaxes to more of an ooze. Distance definitely depends on how long since last orgasm, how long I have been aroused, and my position at the time.

This is not a good long-term solution, but a good never-fail trick for getting awesome distance on your first squirt or two is to trap the semen in the penis for the first squirt by constricting the bottom of your dick with your finger. Then let go on the second or third squirt and it will shoot out like a water gun! Obviously, all this does is build up internal pressure but it works like a charm if you want to impress the lil lady!

Well, masturbation is the primary condition under which we observe ejaculation. This is true of ourselves, this is true when we observe porn stars. When we masturbate our hand is usually putting some pressure along the urethra, thus adding a little pressure in front of the BC muscles which are pushing.

Well, I still stand by my position, but I do think the the strength of the BC muscles (see Westla above) does play a role. But, I think that adding more pressure along the urethra will increase the distance of your shot even more.

It’s like a garden hose. Turn it on a small amount, then place your thumb over the end. Soon it will be squirting a greater distance.

So, my new theory is:

Ejaculate distance = f(semen volume, force, pressure)

The f() just means “some function of”

I believe that hydration has more to do with both volume and distance than muscle tone does. Not to say that toned muscles are not important, but proper hydration is the #1 contributing factor for my shot performance.
