Starting Pe again
Hey guys, I did a 7 month break from pe. Now I want to step in again.
My plan is to do hanging again. I want to start with 6.6 lbs and hang for 5 sets in my first week. Then I want go up to 9 sets per day, I will split them over the day.
I also want to do stretching before hanging (10-20 minutes), to achieve the fatigue state faster.
I will also do some very light jelqing to return circulation.
I want to ask you if you think that my routine is too much to start with.
