Hey guys, I did a 7 month break from pe. Now I want to step in again.
My plan is to do hanging again. I want to start with 6.6 lbs and hang for 5 sets in my first week. Then I want go up to 9 sets per day, I will split them over the day.
I also want to do stretching before hanging (10-20 minutes), to achieve the fatigue state faster.
I will also do some very light jelqing to return circulation.

I want to ask you if you think that my routine is too much to start with.

Perhaps… maybe you should do the newbie routine first?

I did so. I’m just stretching for 10 min the upper angles and I’m doing kegels throughout the day.

It is to much. Start with the newbie routine and follow it for 3 months. You have one dick, why increase the chance of danger?

I’m doing the 10 min stretching for 4 weeks now. I think I will incorporate jelqing very soon.

I’m doing PE since close to 2 month now. I have no gains to report.

I’m still doing the 10 min upward stretching 6 days per week. I cancelled the jelqing because I get a turkey neck from that.

Should I change my routine or stay with this routine for another month?

Simon,

Keep your routine for at least another month, even when you don’t get any gains from it. The reason behind it is that you need at least 3 months of the newbie routine to condition your penis for advanced exercises. After that month, add advanced exercises.

OK but keep doing this for another month to condition your penis. You, for instance, can not do any girth exercises except jelqing with an unconditioned cock. To you it means no girth exercises.

I guess my net stretching time is 8 min.

Slowly increase the stretching time, add 30 seconds every two weeks each repetition until you hit 3 minutes. Also I would jelq for 10 minutes, 5 minutes is rather short, usually leaves 3-4 minutes of effective jelqing which is really low.
