Steady sustainable lengthening

This method sounds really interesting. Is it possible for a newbie to perform this exercise, or should I stick to the newbie routine until 3 months?

Slimshady, the newbie routine is a light way of gaining and has demonstrated its value. Why would you do a more complicated routine instead? My method is not at all dangerous for newbies, but there is no point in doing it as long as the newbie routine still works. Wait until the newbie routine plateaus and try it then!

Cool workout Cervixhunter. I recently moved in with my girlfriend and have gone back to manual stretching because of privacy and time issues so I’m gonna give your routine a shot. Sounds quick and easy to me, I’m thinking of using the bathroom countertop top as a reference point.

LOL.. my erection challenge is annoying most of the time when I do PE. I usually get fully stimulated after warm-up so I have to wait until it calms down.. but then the heating effect might be greatly reduced. With your exercise, there is no need to warm up cuz you move slowly by the nature of the stretch. However, I can’t be holding my unit with my hand.. it immediately translates to “you know what”.. lol

This is why I have to rely devices to achieve length result. I will have no problem doing “girth” routines.. but this is not my focus now.

I am not going for any more length right now but most give a comment and that is that I really like your ideas! With the years of PE experience I have by now, your routine and approach seems both healthy and relevant. If I decide to go for any more length, I will try your ideas out! Thanks for sharing.

Good advice! I am going to try this. As we all know consistency is what turns temp gains into real gains. I am going to order an anti turtle sleeve. I think one way to really accelerate the gains is by achieving the temp gain and then throwing on an anti turtle sleeve.


Starting Stats: BPEL = 5.875, EG = 4.375 <> Current Stats: BPEL = 7.25, EG = 4.6

I am just glad that there is more interest in this routine. I have been doing this since this thread was made and can say that this has been the best routine for me. I am a hard gainer but this has changed all that. It is to the point that the gains made have convinced me that I am probably never going to change routines again when it comes to gaining length.

Do you think guys that have been hanging and may be fairly conditioned can make a routine like this work for them?

I did hanging for a little less than a year and it did absolutely nothing for me. I did this for a few weeks and already saw growth.

Renholder, I think it could work because conditioning can be defeated gradually. But to be sure, one should try it. I only got feedback from skeebo, so I can only speculate…

I actually think I will give it a try since I don`t have much time for hanging anymore to be honest.. I`ll re-read your thread and will probably have to ask you a few questions before I get started :)

Thanks! I need to update my sig beacuse I am sure that I am larger than what my current stats say. Yea it was serious hanging. After the newbie routine, I switched to hanging starting at 5 lbs. and slowly worked my way up to 18-20 by the end of my hanging period, and it did nothing for me. I am not trying to say that there is anything wrong with hanging, it was just not for me.

Great thread cervixhunter! I had one quick question for you: does your method include a way to pull back the skin as you stretch. It seems like with your method you have both hands occupied already (one holding the ruler when just below the glans/head stretching).
