Right, both hands are occupied. I use to make up for this while jelqing after the stretching session, when I use one hand to keep in place the skin at the base (and balls).

Do you believe that finishing with jelqing is very important? Ideally, I would have liked to separate those two exercises due to time contraints, but I can personally see that it would be beneficial to do them consecutively.

Is the routine supposed to be done on a daily basis or do you take off days?

I keep a steady eye on BPFSL and since the end of May I have been just shy of 8”. I hang 10lbs 4 days a week 1 to 1.2 hours a day and manual stretch. My BPFSL has plateaued since May.

Today I hung my 10lbs for an hour and did a BPFSL measurement of “as usual” just shy of 8”. I did your manual stretch only for 10 minutes and hit just shy of 8.25! WTF?

I have been doing your routine without measuring since I read your post last week. First day I was just shy of 8” after 15 mins. Today is the only other day I measured and I about shit.

Only small modification I have done is when holding at 9 o’clock, once in awhile I do a very small circular motion. Like a dime is straight in front of my gland and I circle my tip around the edges “sorry best way I can explain”.

Your on to something and if I hit 8.5” BPFSL doing your routine I’ll have to request your address to mail you an alcohol beverage of your choice!

I may do this in the morning and jelq and stretch

in the evenings, It will work good for us who just finished the newbie routines.

Renholder, I’m relying only on intuition when I say that jelqing is more effective when the CC chambers are still in expanded state. I’m trying to schedule 5 working days followed by 2 rest days (weekend) because I have severe limitations with stealth PE. Two consecutive rest days are against the spirit of this routine. I can really feel it, as the first day after the 2 days break is more difficult. Continuity is key element of this routine. My guess is that a ‘3 on 1 off’ schedule would be a better choice.

Penox, good to hear about your breakthrough! I understand perfectly well your explanation about the small circular motion. It’s a coincidence that I’m right now experimenting with that too, while keeping the stretch. I look forward hearing about your 8.5” BPFSL! ;)

CH, is there a warm up involved for this? Or do you just do it when you have the time?

I always do an “ease in” of 3-5 minutes: light stretches, helicopters, etc. and progressively increase the stretching force. This is my warm up. One should never perform a strong stretch from the beginning, without some preparation!

I don’t have the possibility for using heat, if that’s what you mean.

I just tried the routine today and I was a little bothered with unwanted bloodflow to my penis, which always happen when I try a new routine. Cute I guess :)

I was surprised to find that after 2-3 weeks off PE, my BPFSL was 19,0 cm, which is 1,0/1,5 cm more than my BPEL measurement.

What was a little disappointing though, was that my BPFSL did not move much at all during the workout. I finished with 19,2 cm BPFSL or so. It probably had to do with the fact that I experienced some unwanted bloodflow, so I will keep trying before I worry about that.

Questions:

1) Is it necessary to use the “ruler” all the time? Or can one just use it for reference every, say 3rd minute or so? The reason I`m asking is both due to the fact that it is a little painful to bonepress all the time and also that I find my grip is far better (comfort) when I have an overhand grip.

2) Are you virtually doing 10 second stretches with 5 second breaks the whole session? Seems very hard for me to pull off.

Still excited about this routine, just need to master the execution! :)

1) I think it depends on ones experience. Theoretically the ‘ruler’ is not necessary, all that counts is the force and the duration of the stretch. In practice it’s hard to get exactly the desired strength of a stretch. I’ve tried it several times the way you mentioned and for most of the time I was using too little force when doing it ‘blindly’. You can check yourself: hold a blind stretch at the perceived right amount of force, then bone-press the ruler. I think, based on my experience, that we tend to understretch in the absence of a reference.

2) Lately I increased the duration of the stretch: 20 sec. stretch + 5 sec. break repetitions

The short term increase in BPFSL (let’s say, at the end of a session) is somewhat proportional with the duration of holding the stretch. Practice makes the routine easier, for sure! Your +2 mm in BPFSL after the routine seems to me very small. If you have experienced some degree of erection during the workout, beyond a feeling of plumpness, that could explain it. It will go away in time, as your body gets used to the routine.

The plumpness is definitely a problem that might be contributing to the lack of increase in BPFSL, but I hope I will reach higher lengths as I master the routine. I will continue experimenting.

One of the reasons for not bonepressing is also that I can use an overhand grip which is more comfortable for me, but I guess it might be a matter of practice.

Great stuff cervix hunter - like you’re methodical approach - and measuring! My erect gains have been stuck in the dumps for a while so I am going to try your routine. Cheers and I hope it continues to work for you.

I’d be happy to be as consistent as I am methodical. Unfortunately, since the last measurements (~ one month ago) I only succeeded to do ‘blind’ stretches and 3 jelqing sessions. I have no privacy at all these days…

The plumpness is definitely keeping me from getting maximum utility from the routine at this point, but I`m wondering if the fact that my BPFSL already is quite ahead of my BPEL could be the reason why I don`t get that much longer after stretching?

On Saturday after a few days off, I was surprisingly 19,5 cm BPFSL cold before starting the routine (19,0 cm when I first started your routine), but it did not move beyond 19,7 cm BPFSL.

Now that’s really surprising! A change of 5 mm in cold BPFSL in a few days is something that suggests measuring inconsistency, rather than real gain. If your measurements were accurate, then they should be reproducible, which would be interesting.

I can assure you it was not a measuring mistake as I measured several times. My cold BPFSL tends to normally fluctuate with 5 mm or so. After a few days off PE it is typically most relaxed and since I have measured 19,5 mm in the last month(s) or so, it is not that big of a jump.

Today, even though I took Sunday off, my BPFSL was 19,0 cm cold. After the stretching session I measured 19,5 cm.

I will keep doing your routine. I`m optimistic :)
