Strange Experience From a PE Veteran

Just a little update. I’ve been keeping at it, 90% tension for 12-14 hours per day and I measured again today: just a few mm under 19cm flaccid stretched bone pressed. I’ve already had to add length bars to the extender twice since I started in early November.

I wish losing weight were this easy.

I have been on a consistent routine and the gains seem to be slowing down as I approach my original PE’d size. I am staying consistent at 18cm flaccid stretched NBP, almost 19 bone-pressed. I will be incorporating some of thoughtfulgold’s exercises into my routine and ease back on the extender.

I will be limiting the extender to 30 minute sessions and bump up to 100% stretch. I will also only be using the extender after warm exercises, like jelqs/clamp/pump with a warmdown.
