Strange Experience From a PE Veteran

I’ve been through it all with PE but this one is crazy to me. I’ve experienced in my early-mid 20s going really hard on PE and the results. I initially started at 5.5x4.5 when I was 19. By the time I was 23, after intense PE (I’m talking intense, almost every awake hour of the day is spent either stretching, 20 minute jelq sessions or cooldown), I was able to plateau at 7.5x5.25. I would pump to get another quarter to half-inch girth before I would fuck women. Until I met my wife and she told me all of the things that women are ‘supposed’ to say to men “your dick is perfect for me, stop doing that”, “love your body”, etc. I stopped doing PE for like 4 years and LOST ALL of my length gains. Girth stayed the same so now I had this damn near chode 5.5x5.25 cock. I hadn’t been paying much attention to my size and completely went cold turkey on PE, and I measured one day in a moment of insecurity and realized I was back to where I started for length.

I bought a ProExtender about 1 month ago and I’ve been using it a lot. Keep in mind my dick is TOUGH from all of the PE I did years ago, it’d not invincible but it can take some punishment. I’ve been stretching at about 90% strength for 12+ hours per day and I went to measure today and I’m already back to 17cm (like 6.5 inches or so), and I’m just thinking it’s kind of crazy how fast the gains came back. Even when I was young and stretching just as intensely, the gains weren’t like this, so maybe this has something to do with my pre-elasticized dick?

I always assumed that P.E has the same effects as muscle memory.

I bet you will get back there in few months.

Yea, I didn’t know if it was well documented or not, I also haven’t been reading Thunder’s since back then either.

I focused on the part where you lose your gains! I really thought they were permanent, other than you I haven’t heard of too many people losing them, perhaps a little only! I suppose it’s good to know they cone back quick.

Nope, I pretty much lost all my gains, too. Maybe not “all” but perhaps kept 0.25 inch. It was rather depressing when I checked and said WTF?

That was all manual and I picked up about 1.5”. I am hanging now with my restart, but it is clear I need to have a maintenance program. From my experience, gains aren’t permanent. That’s BS. This is a lifelong commitment.

Yea I basically lost all gains over a the course of a few years with no PE, so from my experience, stretching definitely is not permanent. Girth gains don’t seem to go away though.

I’ve heard, more than a few hundred times, a maintenance routine is necessary. When I eventually get there, I’m curious what a proper maintenance routine might entail. I certainly don’t intend on doing my current routine forever. Fuck that. A few years or so, sure.

Hopefully, it can translate to stretches/jelqs and the occasional pump or what have you, later on down the road. I love my gains; but I am not spending 3-4 hours a day, like I do “to gain”, for the next 30-40 years (God forbid) to keep em. By then, it probably won’t matter to me anyway.

I work from home, so it’s not a big deal to have my stretcher on all day while I’m working. I guess not everyone has that luxury, but yea. I wouldn’t want to need this much intensity over a long period of time, it’s not sustainable.

I think piss pulls and a couple of jelqs in the shower could be an easy maintenance routine

Btw, I took a 15 year break from PE and lost none of my gains (no maintenance routine either), so as often with these things our bodies do seem to respond very differently to PE. I did cement my gains for several months after I stopped gaining though (mostly long jelqing sessions).

My progress Start: c. 5" NBP x 5.5 MEG

Aug 21: 5.9" NBP x 5.7 MEG

So it’s case dependent! The thought of losing gains that we worked so hard for, really sucks! Even a maintenance program isn’t a great alternative, as live changes so does your commitments and free time. I guess it’s just a case of wait and see if you loss your gains to know if you’re one of the unluckier ones. At least the gains seem to come back quick, if you decide to jump back in at it! I wonder if there’s any correlation between the type of exercises we do and if the gains remain permanent or not!

I’m just getting back into PE after 8 months off and no maintenance routine. No losses, might have actually gained a hair.

That’s what I like to hear! What form of PE where you doing? I’m wondering is there any correlation between losing/keeping gains when it comes to a particular form of PE.

Primarily extending.
