Hi all,

Just wanted to throw this question out there because It’s something that makes me curious when I’m stretching.

I know the feeling of my ligs being strained because when I stretch my penis down I can feel at the top base of my penis near where my penis begins at my pubes a stretching sensation (almost painful) but a stretching sensation none the less. I then to the left and right and while I’m stretching left and right I feel a stretching sensation at the base on the opposite sides (IE while I’m stretching to the left it aches on the right side of my base). I feel as though I’m getting a lig stretch when I do this but here’s my problem:

I heard that you get a little newbie gains from lig stretching and after that long term length gains come from tunica stretching. So I guess I’m wondering if anyone can tell me what it feels like to be stretching your tunica? I don’t believe when I’m stretching left or right I’m getting any sensation of stretching besides the feeling on the opposite sides of my penis at the base.

Also, I stretch up and straight out. I guess I feel a stretch when I’m doing these but not NEARLY as intense a feeling as when I stretch down or left or right. Those sensations of down, left, and right are intense and near the base (pube area connecting to penis base). Is it possible the stretching sensation at my base is just the skin stretching? I hope this is not the case as that is not what causes gains (obviously).

I’m curious if anyone can tell me what it feels like to get a good tunica stretch while it’s happening. For whatever reason I have A LOT of trouble getting a good grip to stretch. I’ve been PE’ing off and on for a year and STILL cannot get a solid method for stretching. I have to grab skin sometimes and then it feels like I’m getting a great stretch but am I only stretching skin? Its hard to tell :( . I’ve tried toilet paper, rubber gloves, things like that, almost everything. I just have trouble stretching (my head girth is smallest on my penis). So I want to know if I’m doing my stretches right before I do my whole first month without measuring (I’d like to not be disappointed to find out I got no length gains during this entire month).

I’m guessing you are uncut? As I had the same problem. I had asked the same question. Just keep stretching in the directions you are feeling a good stretch. That means it’s working. As for grip, I use baby powder. I find it to be the best. Just make sure you have the foreskin pulled back, and you might want to try kegaling to get a better grip at/before the glans.


Start: 7.2" BPEL, EG = 5"

Current: 7 7/8" BPEL, 7" NBPEL, 8" BPFSL, EG(midshaft) = 5 5/8"

Goal: 8" NBPEL, EG = 6.5"

As for the feeling of a good tunica stretch, you should feel it on the underside of the penis. I get a good stretch while stretching SO then slowly moving to the upward position. Then from the left and right sides I do the same thing. It’s hard to keep the grip, you have to have strong hands.

I’m cut, Patientone.

It sucks because I just can’t seem to get a grip. Even when I get a handfull of skin it slides out. I’ve tried kegeling blood into the head and then getting a grip but that either doesn’t work or just hurts to have that much pressure in my head.

It’s really annoying, I feel as though nothing will work. Although I admit, I havn’t tried baby powder yet. Maybe tomorrow.

Well you don’t want to grip the skin. Maybe your grip is too strong? Careful man, you don’t want to rip it off at the roots! I tried eveything you have(stated above) and I found baby powder was the best gripping aid. Try that and see what happens.

I have a hard time with getting a good grip and am also uncut. It hurts if I grab right behind the glands because then its putting so much pressure on the ridge of the head. However if I get a grip right on the glands it pushes whatever fluid is currently in my glands and the very tip of them become swollen and it also is a bit painful, from both the friction on the glands and the pressure from the fluid being forced to the tip of the glands. During all of this I have my foreskin pulled all the way back.

I am uncut and I also have a problem of grip. During my session of stretch, I have of put too much pressure on my glands.I had a pain during 3 days.

Perhaps that a system as Captn’ Wench could be efficient and without pain for the glands.

I would honestly say your grip is too weak if you can’t hold onto it tight enough. I would suggest grabbing before the glands and using the ridge of the glands at the start as a backdrop to hold your grip in place

I find the best way when manual stretching is to use a reverse grip with my pinkie up behind the head and my thumb and forefinger towards the base, it seems to spread the load and takes some of the pressure off from behind the head. I also favour this grip when jelqing. A variation on this theme is to put a kink in the shaft, almost a right angle, so as the stretch appears mainly at the point of contact.

I have the same problem! I just can’t find a way to make a grip which can hold my penis head without hurting it or cutting the blood supply to it :( . I’m seriously thinking in starting stretching with a bottle.

I’m gonna try what you said seahorse. I’m surprised I never thought of using a reverse grip like that myself. I suppose thats why we have the forums haha. Thanks for the tip I’ll see how it fairs for me.

The best is to stretch when you are warmed up and very pliable. If your not then you need rest. When the flaccid gets tight and firm it’s not good grip time. When it is warm and you can stretch that baby way out then it is prime time. It also helps to have strong tough hands and forearms. Manual stretching will develop these. Start off slow and get conditioned. I get great tunica stretches when very warm and pliable. Tunica stretch feels deep within the entire penis. Stretch straight up and grip the entire shaft with only force along one area like the middle finger. Behind the glans! Good luck.

Hey guys,

I gave this tip to another member and it helped him with his manual grip. I use this for stretching SO and SU or up to the sides. I called it a pinch grip but it is really more of a squeeze. You are grabbing the sides of your shaft and using the head as a back stop. Check out this link it has a photo and a better description.
