Under The Leg Stretch

I’m not sure if this is an existing stretch or if it would even be useful for others, but it seems to give me a nice stretch without having to strain the muscles in my arms. Because of the angle of this stretch, it would be most useful for those seeking to stretch their ligs. I have a low LOT, but I like the feeling of a lig stretch, so I do a light set just for the feeling of it. I think if I had a hight LOT, this would be good for me.

Here’s what I do:

1.) I sit on the edge of something (a toilet in my case).
2.) While sitting as close the edge as I can, I reach my right or left hand under the leg on that same side. For example, if I want to stretch to the left first, I take my left arm and reach under my left leg.
3.) Grasps the penis under the glands with a secure OK grip, sometimes I use my middle finger to strengthen the hold if I’m slipping.
4.) While grasping the penis, pull and lean back at the same time. The result is your body pulling the base of your penis away from the head, as you’re holding the head firmly in place keeping it from following your pelvic region as it goes back with your body.

I tried drawing a picture with MS Paint that would get the idea across. I apologize for the low quality of the picture. While I’m an advanced artist with most artistic tools, I’m afraid I’m worthless when it comes to a computer mouse. That, and the programs I normally use to appear at least half impressive are not on this computer.

If you have tried this or if it’s a new idea and you do try it, tell me what ya’ think. I don’t wanna be doing something wasting my time (even though my LOT renders it useless anyway, for the most part).

I’ve done that for a long time, but not so seriously that it would’ve translate into gain. Most of the time I do/did it when I’m standing though.

You’re right that it is a good ligament stretch. It should help you, until your LOT is 6:00 sharp.

I used to do these and they work well. I stopped them when I figured out that I have no more length to gain with lig stretches.

hehe, it’s blue a lot. I think I have a circulation problem in my dick. If it’s not blue, it’s all pale and sickly looking. It looks kinda like it’s a cancer patient half of the time. Though, I’ve noticed that there is more coloration (not counting the bruising) since I’ve been PEing and I’ve noticed a dramatic difference in my flaccid length. My digital camera is broken, so I can’t update any pics for a while. Oh, one thing, while I’ve noticed a drastic change in my flaccid length, I still shrivel up at times, just not nearly as often. Whereas I was once shriveled almost constantly, I’ve noticed that I’m hanging around 4.5” through most of the day.

Fauven- I have been doing these for a couple of months only I do them laying down on the couch while watching tv. I keep knees bent and feet on couch. You can vary pressure by sliding feet down or letting knee go outward. If you want a more straight down stretch just lift one butt cheek up and slide hand farther under.

I use them with light pressure for 20 or 30 minutes at a time switching hands every 2 or 3 minutes. CL

I’ll have to try it out on the sofa, sounds like you have more control over the pressure that way. It feels like a stretch that I’ll keep around, and since others have used it and apparently keep using it, it might even be worth my time. Does it have a name or is it just one of those techniques that a bunch a guys stumble on independently and never really mention or name?

Thanks, I enjoyed that thread. I plan to start hanging this summer, and I found the man’s idea to put an eye bolt in the ceiling intriguing and interesting. I’m glad you mentioned it in that thread, I may give it a try. I’m glad to see that working various angles, especially angles that I tend to neglect, is something that has crossed the minds of others and seems to have merit. I’ll be incorporating more angles into my routine, at this point.

Fauven- I called it the same thing you did in a thread I started a while back-UTL. I just made that name up but MEMENTO said it had been around for a while. Not sure what the version that I use is actually called. Maybe someone else will know. CL

Starting (07/15/20): BPEL 6.5” BPFSL 6.5” MSEG 4.75” BEG 4.75” BPFL 4.5”

Current (10/27/20): BPEL 7.0” BPFSL 7.5” MSEG 5.0”+ BEG 5.25” BPFL 5.25-5.75”

Goal: BPEL 7.5” MSEG 5.5” BEG 6.0” BPFL 6.5”

I gained an inch doing these stretches in about a year’s time. However, I did them standing up and lifting a leg by placing my knee on the foot of a bed or putting my foot on a couch. I would pull down and backwards to target the ligs. Doesn’t matter how you do them as long as you can feel the stretch in the ligs.
