Stretch help

Stretch help

Until today I would massage my head after each 15 second stretch to restore circulation, but many times this makes me go from completely flaccid to like 15% erect so I would have to wait for this to die down to like 5% before continuing, making my stretching routine take forever.

Anyway today i tried massaging the head after 2 (every other) 15 second stretches and this worked much much better. I was able to stay 0-5% erect for the whole workout and if it did jump up a couple times it wasn’t as annoying as every time.

Is this OK? or is it important to restore circulation after each and every stretch? Also I think you get a much better stretch when completely flaccid.

Thanks

Is it going cold or numb on you when you stretch? Is there any discoloration? If not I don’t see why you have to be so rigorous with stretching, after all it is not hanging when you have to watch out for these things.

Do you mean why i would have to restore circulation after each stretch?? I really dont think I need to, its not cold or anything. I just know on penis-health.com where i first signed up it said to massage the head after each stretch to restore circulation.

Give it a go for a day without the massage and see what happens. If all is well then drop it or only massage after your entirely done stretching for the day or half day based upon whatever your routine is.
